The UbD teaching mode is guided by the curriculum plan and curriculum standards,guided by curriculum objectives,and centered on the concept of large units for teaching design,forming a teaching design mode of "determining expected goalsdetermining appropriate evaluation evidence-designing learning experiences and teaching".This mode starts from results and is a reverse design thinking mode,which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ core literacy.In the context of the new college entrance examination and the new curriculum reform,students need to cultivate and practise the core socialist values and strengthen their "political identity"under the guidance of their teachers.In order to achieve the goal of students’"learning,deep learning,and understanding",the author boldly attempts to use the UbD teaching model for teaching design in high school ideological and political courses through literature research,questionnaire surveys,case analysis,and other methods.In the context of the new college entrance examination,it can promote the improvement of students’ knowledge transfer ability and innovation ability.Therefore,carrying out a design innovation is also a breakthrough in the concept of high school ideological and political teaching.The author divides this article into seven parts,which are:Firstly,there is the introduction section,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,and current situation.It also explains the research content,methods,technical route,innovation,and literature review,providing the author with a bold idea to apply to the teaching design of high school ideological and political courses.The first chapter focuses on the research discussing the concept and characteristics of the UbD teaching model,redefining the relevant concepts of the model as well as its characteristics based on previous research.Theoretical foundations,including cognitivism,humanism and constructivism,are also discussed to support the theoretical applications of this paper.The second chapter mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the UbD teaching mode in the design of high school ideological and political education teaching.Starting from the advantages of the UbD teaching mode itself,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of combining the UbD teaching mode with high school ideological and political education teaching design.In Chapter 3,the author utilized the opportunity of interning in a certain high school to conduct on-site research on high school ideological and political teachers and students.They conducted a survey on their views on the current teaching design of high school ideological and political courses,wrote a research report,identified problems in traditional classrooms,and laid the foundation for Chapter 4’s strategies and processes.Chapter 4 mainly proposes countermeasures based on the survey data in Chapter 3,and conducts research on the design process of high school ideological and political education teaching based on the UbD teaching model.Chapter 5 is the focus of this article,and the author has spent a lot of time and effort using the UbD teaching model to design teaching for high school ideological and political courses.This chapter mainly selects Unit 1 of Compulsory Course 2,Economics and Society,Basic Economic System and Economic System,for teaching design.It follows the design process and methods of UbD teaching mode,and proposes design ideas and student activities.Reflect on the teaching design mentioned earlier.The concluding section concludes with an outlook.
