As an objective law of modern social development,"combining education with productive labor" is an important means of talent training.Stepping into a new era,we are committed to building an all-round education system and have made clear the value of labor education.Primary school,as the initial stage of basic education,carries out labor education for primary school students,which is helpful to correctly understand and love labor and comprehensively improve students’ comprehensive quality.At present,primary school labor education is still in its infancy,facing many difficulties and problems.Behind the vigorous development,problems such as formalization,one-sidedness and instrumentalization of labor education are exposed,forming a contrast between high investment and low effectiveness.Therefore,on the basis of fully grasping the new form of labor in the new era,this paper makes a positive theoretical and practical response to the implementation of labor education in primary schools,discusses the connotation of labor and labor education,and discusses the basic characteristics,target system and implementation status of labor education in primary schools,so as to promote the normalization and standardization of labor education.On the theoretical response level,this paper discusses the development dimension,target system,teaching content and educational evaluation of primary school labor education in order to construct a holistic theory of primary school labor education.On the realistic response level,this paper puts forward concrete and operable measures for the problems in the implementation of labor education in primary schools.Four primary schools in A City,Yunnan Province are selected as the research objects,questionnaires are designed and distributed,and interviews are conducted,so as to reflect the objective reality and real performance of current labor education,find out the problems,and explore the root causes of the problems from the perspectives of society,schools and families,with a view to making the implementation strategies more scientific and effective.Through empirical investigation,this paper finds that there are three problems in primary school labor education in the new era: cognitive deviation,inadequate implementation and imperfect guarantee mechanism.The reason is that this paper tries to analyze the reasons from three dimensions: society,school and family,and finally finds that the purpose of labor education is alienated due to social and cultural impact,the lack of school understanding leads to the deterioration of labor education function and the anomie of family style leads to the emptiness of labor education concept.In order to solve the above three problems,this paper holds that we should first establish a correct concept of labor,then improve the guarantee conditions for the implementation of labor education,then give play to the dominant position of schools,and finally give play to the cooperative role of home and school to promote the development of labor education.
