| It is an important way to implement the policy of labor education.Primary school students are in a critical stage of physical and mental development.It is of great benefit to their future growth and development to carry out labor education since childhood.Carrying out labor education has become the consensus of scholars and the focus of social attention.This study takes teachers,students and parents of a primary school in Dali Prefecture as the research object.Through questionnaire,interview,observation,text collection and other methods,it investigates and analyzes the cognition,content,ways and effects of carrying out labor education in a primary school.The survey found that the difficulties in the implementation of labor education in a primary school are as follows:(1)the value of labor education deviates from skill learning and relaxation means.(2)The balance of labor education content shows that manual labor is more than other forms of labor,simple labor is more than complex creative labor.(3)In terms of the scientific nature of labor education,the school labor education lacks standardization,and the family labor education lacks scientificity.(4)The effectiveness of labor education lacks the support and cooperation of family and society,the effect of school labor education is weakened,the lack of labor facilities and practice sites,and some labor activities are difficult to carry out.It is found that the development of labor education in primary schools is affected by the lack of understanding of labor education,the lack of conditions for labor education in schools,and the change of ideas brought about by social change.Based on the value demands of labor education to promote students’ all-round development and lead students to the world of life,this paper draws lessons from the development mode of labor education in Japan and Germany,as well as the practical experience of labor education in Shenzhen and Suzhou,and combines with the current situation of labor education practice in primary school a,puts forward some practical ideas to improve the practical dilemma of labor education in primary school a,so as to get better promotion effect.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of labor education in primary schools.First,deepen the understanding of labor education,cultivate scientific labor values,form a correct labor attitude,and cultivate good labor morality.Secondly,we should enrich the resources of labor education activities,broaden the resources of family labor education,excavate the resources of labor education in school and develop the resources of community labor education.Third,improve the mode of labor education,explore a variety of labor teaching methods,parents as a model to guide labor,school system planning to implement labor.Fourthly,the evaluation system of labor education should be constructed,which includes comprehensive evaluation based on labor literacy,independent evaluation based on students’ experience and developmental evaluation based on labor performance.Fifth,we should build a labor education security platform,strengthen labor education security through government school cooperation,build a labor education position through family school cooperation,and innovate labor education mode through school community cooperation. |
