| The State Council’s "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era" emphasizes that "labor education should be based on the curriculum and run through all stages of school,primary and Set up compulsory courses for labor education,and no less than 1 class hour per week".The successive promulgation of a series of policies marks that the labor education curriculum has officially entered the stage of standardized implementation.However,for most schools,how to construct,improve and implement the curriculum in combination with regional characteristics or school characteristics,everyone is in the exploratory stage and faces many challenges.Therefore,this research focuses on the implementation strategy research of primary labor education curriculum.This study collected the questionnaire data of 492 students from 4 primary schools in Y City and the interview results of 7 teachers through the questionnaire method and interview method,and learned about the current implementation of primary school labor education curriculum in Y City and its effect.The survey results show that the current situation of the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum—there are differences between urban and rural areas in curriculum offering,the depth of curriculum target cognition needs to be improved,the curriculum content needs to be strengthened,the curriculum organization form needs to be enriched,and curriculum evaluation lacks tracking;the implementation effect of primary school labor education curriculum ——The labor knowledge and ability need to be strengthened,the quality of labor needs to be internalized,and the labor concept is more correct.The reasons for the problem include the lag in the awareness of attaching importance to labor courses in townships and rural areas,the gap in the implementation of course objectives,the lack of systematic planning for the development and utilization of course resources,the lack of a guarantee mechanism for course organization,and the lack of teachers’ awareness of tracking course evaluation.This study proposes specific implementation strategies.One is to improve the dynamic management of the curriculum to achieve curriculum education;the second is to promote comprehensive curriculum objectives and implementation standards to improve the concept of labor;the third is to select contemporary and characteristic curriculum content resources to enrich labor awareness.The fourth is to promote the dynamic and open curriculum organization to cultivate labor ability;the fifth is to improve the sound and lasting curriculum evaluation and exercise the quality of labor.Based on the above strategies,the labor education curriculum should give full play to the leading role of curriculum education.At the same time,the research results combined with the characteristics of Y city can be extended to the implementation of labor education courses in other primary schools in this city. |
