Modern society is an era of knowledge society,and the compulsory education of fine arts subject advocates diversified teaching under the premise of following the law of education and teaching.One of the teaching suggestions in the Standard of Compulsory Education Art Curriculum(2022 edition)is to "pay attention to students’ perception and experience and create an open learning environment",suggesting teachers to carry out teaching in the form of questions.Teaching plan design and teaching practice should respect students’ personality characteristics.Through research,the author finds that PBL teaching method(Problem Based Learning)is a problem-oriented teaching method,which meets the requirements of the curriculum standard.With the importance of art courses in junior high school,teachers need to find out the teaching methods suitable for the characteristics of students at the current stage,in order to arouse students’ interest and enthusiasm.According to the investigation,the current teaching mode in the field of "comprehensive exploration" of fine arts is still in the traditional teaching mode,which lacks practical benefits.To optimize teaching,we need to explore more practical delivery methods,such as problem-based learning(PBL)delivery.PBL teaching style takes problems as the center of teaching,arouses students’ curiosity and thirst for knowledge,and arouses students’ active participation and cooperative exploration.Based on constructivism theory,this teaching method emphasizes the cultivation of students’ comprehensive literacy and learning ability.It takes problem solving as the entry point to promote the all-round development of students.In the field of "comprehensive exploration" of junior high art,PBL teaching method can help students better understand the course content and improve the learning effect.Based on previous studies,the author adopted a series of teaching strategies,such as creating appealing problem scenes,guiding students to think and solve problems,and encouraging students to conduct cooperative exploration,so as to expand the understanding of this field and get close to the teaching practice in the field of "comprehensive exploration" of fine arts,so as to improve the learning effect and comprehensive quality of students.Therefore,based on the basic theory of PBL teaching method,combined with the requirements of Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)and the course content of junior middle school art textbooks,this paper carries out the design of art teaching plan and teaching practice research using PBL teaching method,so that students can organically connect the knowledge they have learned in the past with the new knowledge in the learning process.In deepening and consolidating the study of new knowledge to improve the comprehensive problem solving ability,forming the core quality.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the application research of PBL teaching method in junior high school art teaching,and summarizes the status quo,content and methods of relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter summarizes the definition,characteristics,theory and curriculum compatibility of PBL teaching method.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the application of PBL teaching method in the course teaching of "comprehensive exploration" in junior middle school art.In the fourth chapter,the application strategy and two teaching cases of PBL teaching method in the field of "comprehensive exploration" are analyzed.The application of PBL teaching method in teaching plan design and practice is discussed and the effect of teaching practice application is analyzed.The fifth chapter summarizes the research achievements,shortcomings and prospects.
