| The concept of STEAM education has an interdisciplinary nature,advocating the integration of science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics into an interdisciplinary and comprehensive education model.At present,the integration and transfer of interdisciplinary education has become an international trend.In the teaching process,special emphasis is placed on student-oriented discussion and exploration,guiding students to actively explore the methods of combining fine arts with other disciplines,fine arts with social life,and carrying out interdisciplinary learning activities to promote the all-round development of students.In the "Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022edition)",it is mentioned that it is necessary to optimize the content structure of the curriculum,set up interdisciplinary theme learning activities,strengthen the correlation between disciplines,and promote the comprehensiveness and practicality of the curriculum.Based on the requirements of this curriculum standard,the conventional teaching methods are no longer applicable,and teachers are required to break the thinking pattern in the course design and learning content development of art teaching in junior middle school,find the connection points between art and various categories,art and other disciplines,and art and the real society,and design a rich and colorful curriculum in the field of "synthesis and exploration" that highlights the characteristics of art disciplines.This study adopts the method of literature research,investigation research and experimental teaching,applies the STEAM education concept to the course teaching in the field of "synthesis and exploration" of junior high school art,seeks the connection point between art and multi-disciplines,and provides a new direction for the research and development of improving the quality of junior high school art teaching.First of all,the author analyzes and expounds the research background,research significance and methods,current research,core concepts and theoretical basis.Secondly,the practical teaching basis is based on the compatibility and feasibility of the middle school art curriculum standard and STEAM curriculum.After in-depth analysis of the connotation and relationship of STEAM core elements,the experimental teaching process in the field of "synthesis and exploration" of junior high school art under the STEAM concept is designed;According to the content of the curriculum in the field of "synthesis and exploration" of junior high school art,this paper analyzes its subject core accomplishment,teaching situation,teaching content and teaching objectives,and carries out lesson design from the aspects of teaching resources and tools,learning scaffolding,learning activities and teaching evaluation.The first grade students of A Middle School in Xinhui District,Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects.The control group and the experimental group were divided into two groups for the experiment.The content of the unit "Discovery and Creation" in the learning field of "Synthesis and Exploration" in the second volume of Grade7 of Lingnan Fine Arts Publishing House was selected,and different teaching methods were adopted for different groups.Combined with the data of post-test questionnaire,result comparison and interview analysis of the experimental class,it is shown that the students have good results in the level of artistic core literacy.The development of experimental teaching in the field of "synthesis and exploration" of junior high school art under the STEAM concept is conducive to optimizing the teaching mode of conventional art class,improving students’ ability of multi-disciplinary thinking and comprehensive practice,and promoting teachers’ teaching quality of one-specialty and multi-ability.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the problems encountered in the course experiment under the STEAM concept. |
