With the coming of "industry 4.0",as a typical field of intelligent manufacturing,the development of industrial robot industry has received unprecedented attention.The market has greatly increased the demand for industrial robot talents.In response to the national requirements,secondary vocational and technical schools offer relevant courses to cultivate talents for the corresponding industries of the society.But at present,the courses related to industrial robots are not mature at the secondary level.The reason is that most of the current textbooks are for higher vocational colleges,and there is not a complete set of industrial robot textbooks suitable for secondary vocational education.The current industrial background requires that workers should have basic application theory and technology of industrial robots.Therefore,it has become an important research to develop a perfect textbook of industrial robots basic and application,which is suitable for secondary vocational schools,to realize the seamless connection between schools and enterprises,to organically integrate theoretical and practical knowledge,and to meet the educational needs of enterprises and secondary vocational schools Topic.The research object of this project is the development of the teaching material of industrial robot foundation and application in secondary vocational school.The research object is the teachers and students of mechanical specialty in secondary vocational schools,such as Changchun mechanical industry school,Changchun vocational and technical school,as well as the processing and manufacturing enterprises and some employers.According to the teaching content,teaching methods,employment needs,post setting and other aspects,literature is adopted Comparative method,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods were used to carry out teaching material investigation and demand analysis.In the process of developing teaching materials,we should take the teaching objectives as the center,integrate teaching resources organically,design and optimize the existing teaching materials based on the pragmatism education theory,multiple intelligence theory and constructivism learning theory,follow the basic principles of professionalism,practicability and applicability,build the basic framework of teaching materials based on the project teaching method,and lay the teaching contents based on the task driven method The development of sample chapters and the construction of teaching materials,the effective implementation of teaching ideas,and the gradual realization of teaching objectives.In order to verify the effectiveness of teaching material construction,this project takes two classes of 2017 grade mechanical and electrical technology application major of Changchun vocational and technical school as the research object.Through the teaching of the new and old teaching materials,comparative research is carried out from multiple angles and ways,such as examination results,classroom performance,award-winning situation of skill competition,standard training of vocational qualification certificate ability,feedback and evaluation of internship units The comparison shows that the new textbook has been highly recognized by the employers,students and teachers,which fully shows the advantages and characteristics of the new textbook and the purpose of the research.
