At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the need to cultivate socialist builders and successors who are well-rounded in moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic development,and for the first time flagrantly incorporated labour education into the Party’s education policy,placing it in an important strategic position in the overall development of the Party and the country,and forming the guiding philosophy of "five types of education at the same time" in the new era.The important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out the direction and fundamental values of education in China,and given a strong impetus to the further development of labour education in China.At present,we are at a critical period of historical intersection between the world’s unprecedented changes in the past century and the strategic overall rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and there is an urgent need to cultivate a group of emerging high-quality workers who love labour,know labour,are willing to work and can innovate labour,so that they can become an important force in various fields such as economy,politics,science and technology and diplomacy in China.As the main force in the construction of the future socialist modern power and the direct reserve force of the labour talent pool,the labour literacy of university students in the new era is not only related to their personal success and development,but also closely related to whether we can realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to study the optimisation of the path of labour education for university students in the new era.This paper mainly explores the theoretical foundation,value implication,main problems,as well as the analysis of causes and path optimization of labor education for college students from the following five parts.Part one: Introduction.It mainly starts from the background and significance of labor education for college students in the new era,research overview,research ideas and methods,the important points and innovations of the research,and lays the theoretical foundation for the writing of the thesis.Part two: Explanation of concepts and theoretical origin of labor education for college students in the new era.Part three: The value implication of the optimization of labor education for college students in the new era.Part four: Analysis of the main problems and causes of labor education of college students in the new era.Based on the questionnaire survey and research,the main problems of labour education for university students are analysed comprehensively and the causes of the problems are identified.Part five: Strategies for optimizing labour education for university students in the new era.This is the focus of this thesis,which proposes specific optimization paths from four dimensions: college students themselves,colleges and universities,families and society.The first is to stimulate the subjective role of college students in labour education,the second is to strengthen the leading role of colleges and universities in labour education of college students,the third is to consolidate the basic role of families in labour education of college students,and the fourth is to bring into play the permeable role of society in labour education of college students,so as to protect the labour education of college students in the new era with the optimization of these practical paths. |
