In the new era,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to labor education,and proposes that it should be incorporated into the entire process of talent training,so as to achieve full penetration of all stages of education,schools,families,and society.College students are in a critical period of growth,and labor education is an educational activity that cultivates students’ correct labor values and good labor literacy.At present,due to the lack of awareness of labor education in colleges and universities,the lack of family attention to labor education,and the lack of society’s lack of a good labor atmosphere,the labor education in colleges and universities has inaccurate positioning,unclear goals,unsound systems,and insignificant effects.and other issues that need to be addressed.In this regard,labor education in colleges and universities must be guided by Xi Jinping’s concept of labor education in the new era,clarify the goal of integrating large,medium and small labor education,adhere to the value orientation of "education through labor" and the "four bests" of labor,and give full play to the spirit of craftsmen and model workers;The main position,through the integration of labor education and ideological and political education,improve the labor education system that combines curriculum,teachers,and systems;based on national policies and regulations,give play to the roles and functions of families,universities,and society,and build a "three-in-one" labor education.Community;strengthen the self-education awareness of college students,and finally realize that labor education is in the mind and heart,and train students to become newcomers of the era who love labor,understand labor,know how to work,and want to work.
