At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping focused on the primary issue of "who to train?" and clearly pointed out the need to cultivate socialist builders and successors who have a comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor,and cultivate generation after generation to support the leadership of the Communist Party of my country and our country.The socialist system is a useful talent who is determined to fight for socialism with Chinese characteristics for life.Colleges and universities are an important place for cultivating young students’ positive labor values and labor quality.College labor education is not only the learning and upgrading of professional labor knowledge and skills,but also a key link for young students to enter the society,truly independent choice and engage in social labor."Post-00s" youth are gradually becoming a group of college students,shouldering the important task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the grand goal of building socialist modernization.Discuss the main content and contemporary value of labor education for "post-00s" college students,propose optimized paths for the status quo of labor education for "post-00s" college students,enrich the content of ideological and political education in colleges,and more systematically improve the effectiveness of labor education for "post-00s" college students Making theoretical guidance will help to achieve the goal of improving college students’ labor literacy and unifying knowledge and behavior.This article consists of five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance,conducts a review of domestic and foreign research,clarifies the research ideas and methods,and lays the foundation for the follow-up research of this article.The second part is the definition of core concepts and the explanation of theoretical basis.Firstly,the basic connotations of "labor","labor education" and "college student labor education" are clarified,and then the labor concept and educational thoughts of classic Marxist writers,the origins of traditional Chinese culture,the labor education theory of the successive leaders of the Communist Party of China,and the labor education theory of the previous generations of the Communist Party of China are clarified.The relevant expositions of modern Chinese and Western educators are sorted out to provide theoretical support for the development of labor education for "post-00" college students.The third part mainly studies the main content of labor education for "post-00s" college students,including an in-depth analysis of the value of the new era of labor education for "post-00s" college students.The fourth part adopts a combination of interviews and questionnaires to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the status quo of labor education for "post-00s" college students,including the status quo of school labor education,family labor education,and labor literacy of "post-00s" college students,summarize the achievements,problems and causes of labor education of "post-00" college students.The fifth part proposes an optimized path for the problems of labor education for "post-00" college students,such as updating the concept of labor education,clarifying and implementing labor education goals;broadening labor education channels,enriching the content and forms of labor education;attaching importance to the construction of labor practice platforms;improve the cooperative education mechanism of schools,families and communities.
