Research On The Current Situation And Path Optimization Of College Students ’ Labor Education In The New Era

Labor is a unique practical activity of human beings and a prerequisite for human survival and development.It is labor that creates and develops human beings themselves,depicts human history,deeply influences and changes the world.For China,to fully realize modernization and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,there must be an army of high-quality workers who love,can and can work.For individuals,to resist all kinds of bad thoughts at home and abroad,not infected by egoism,hedonism and other bad atmosphere,requires to establish a correct view of labor.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the current situation of the implementation of labor education,it is necessary and of far-reaching significance to put forward an optimization plan for the development path of labor education,so as to better implement the labor education of college students in the new era.On the basis of combing a large number of literatures,this paper defines and traces the related concepts and theories of labor education for college students in the new era,and puts forward the principles and necessity of labor education for college students in the new era.Then,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the implementation of college students ’ labor education after the introduction of ’ Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era ’ and ’Guidelines for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)’.Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that although the labor education of college students in the new era has achieved remarkable results,it also exposes the lack of labor education platform in the society,the loopholes in the university labor education curriculum,the lack of awareness of parents ’ labor education,and the limited participation of individuals in labor promotion.The reason is that there is a lack of linkage between the subjects of labor education,the development of college students ’ labor education resources is not deep,and the family ’s understanding of labor value is insufficient.In view of the problems existing in labor education in the new era,combined with the actual situation,this paper optimizes the development path of college students ’ labor education,and puts forward four specific measures to provide guarantee support for labor education at the social level,play the role of the main position of labor education at the university level,build a solid foundation for labor education at the family level,and practice the content of labor education at the individual level to improve the effect of labor education.It puts forward a new and operable optimization idea for the development path of college students ’ labor education in the new era,and provides reference for the future development of labor education.
