Research On The Realization Path Of College Students’ Labor Education In The New Era

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the importance of labor education has been fully reflected from the idea of "combining education with productive labor" to the idea of "moral,intellectual,physical,Aesthetic and labor".The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China declared,"After years of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is a new historic juncture in China’s development." Under the background of the new era,strengthening labor education is one of the party’s new requirements for education,and it is also the direction of China’s education for a long time.At present,most college students grow up under the background of "exam-oriented education",and are affected by various unhealthy social trends of thought.It is common to see the phenomenon that they are unwilling to work and greedy for pleasure.College students shoulder the future of the country,strengthening labor education for college students and carrying forward the spirit of labor is very important to cultivate socialist builders and successors with good quality for our country.Therefore,on the basis of predecessors’ research,this article from the new era perspective,through the way of questionnaire corresponding analysis on the current situation of labor education for college students,so as to find out the present college students employment education what are problems and related influencing factors,and has carried on the feasible path for existing problem analysis.This paper mainly carries out corresponding research on the realization path of labor education for college students in the new era from the following parts:The first part is the introduction of the article.First of all,it mainly introduces the background of the topic so as to lead to the relevant issues of this paper.Secondly,literature review related content,this paper from both domestic and foreign aspects of a detailed comb of the content of labor education,in order to lay the corresponding foundation for the study of this paper;Then it describes the research content,research methods and the corresponding key and difficult problems;Finally,the innovation point of this paper is expounded.The second part mainly from college students labor education related concepts interpretation,theoretical basis and labor education development process and other aspects to comprehensively comb.The third part mainly discusses the characteristics and importance of labor education for college students,and shows that labor education for college students is conducive to promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,and can help realize the integration of five education,and can also improve new The practicality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities of the times and the promotion of the implementation of socialist core values.The fourth part mainly investigates the current situation,existing problems and related influencing factors of college students’ labor education in the new era through questionnaire survey and interview.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the problem,timely put forward the relevant path to solve the problems of college students labor education,for the relevant departments to make a reasonable decision to provide a certain reference.
