In April 2022,the "Compulsory Education Ethics and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Tao Law Curriculum Standards")issued by the Ministry of Education,pointed out that moral education should be given priority,the level of intellectual education should be improved,aesthetic education and physical education should be strengthened,and labor education should be implemented.This is the basic education of Moral and Rule of Law in junior middle schools in Grade 7-9 compulsory education in the future.In order to better implement the role of labor education in the process of education,in2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Labor Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as "Labor Curriculum Standard").The guiding ideology of "Tao Law curriculum standard" and "Labor curriculum standard" is highly consistent,the curriculum idea is complementary,and the curriculum goal is permeated with each other,these points points out the direction for the detailed labor education in the teaching practice of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The policy of education policy has distinct times and internal connections.Labour education is an important part of the educational policy of our country.The Party and the state have always attached great importance to labor education,and introduced a series of policies and measures in different periods to strengthen the guidance of labor education.By reviewing the development and evolution of Chinese labor education at primary and secondary school since the founding of New China,we can see that the task of labor education in the early period of the founding of New China and the socialist reform period is to strengthen the education of labor concept and guide students in primary and secondary school to participate in social production labor;During socialist construction,education should be combined with productive labor.The labor education in the new era should focus on the improvement of labor quality.In the new era,labor education pays more attention to the cultivation of innovative quality.Strengthening the labor education of junior high school students in the new era is the need of education to conform to the development of The Times and cultivate new students in The Times.According to the "labor curriculum standard" issued by the Ministry of Education,it is required to guide students in junior high school to establish correct labor values,advocate labor,respect labor,and make students in junior high school become the people who understand labor in new era,can work and love labor.Through the questionnaire,it is found that students in junior high school have the phenomenon that do not know how to work,do not love work,do not respect work,do not cherish the results of labor in labor education,the unique education value of labor has been ignored to a certain extent,labor education is being diluted,weakened.The main reason for the incorrect ideology is that the school,family and society have a single evaluation standard for junior high school students under the background of exam-oriented education.Too much emphasis on mental work and not enough on manual work;The labor profession has the distinction of noble and cheap.Combined with the requirements of "Tao law curriculum standard" and "labor curriculum standard",we should pay attention to the combination of junior high school "morality and rule of law" teaching system to carry out labor education inside and outside the classroom,to achieve the combination of theory and practice,strengthen the labor values education of junior high school students,to help establish the correct concept of labor(teaching design: "labor achievement today" "morality and rule of law" lesson 10);Pay attention to the overall exercise,cultivate the necessary labor ability(teaching design: "in practice" "Moral and rule of Law" Lesson 6);Develop the habit of loving labor and shape good labor quality(teaching design: "Hard work will change","Moral and Rule of Law" Lesson One);Vigorously carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsman,and cultivate the spirit of enterprising dedication(teaching design: "Dedication",Moral and Rule of Law Lesson 6). |
