Labor education occupies an important position in the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and it is an essential part of cultivating talents in moral,intellectual,physical and labor,and labor.Labor has been part of the comprehensive practical activities course throughout the teaching activities of primary and secondary schools.However,due to the impact of "exam-oriented education",labor education has been ignored.In recent years Hot issues that have attracted much attention.In May 2022,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan" to completely independent labor from the original comprehensive practical activity course,developed in the form of curriculum,and released the "Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standard(2022 Edition)",Emphasizing that labor education should pay attention to closely with other courses during the implementation process,and the plan will be officially implemented since September.At the same time,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again reiterated the "five education" in the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,further emphasizing the necessity of carrying out labor education,and highlighting the importance of labor education.Junior High School "Morality and Law" is a course for strengthening student moral education.It is also a key course for implementing labor education.The textbook itself includes the content of labor education.Emotional is of great significance.Therefore,how to effectively integrate labor education into junior high school "Morality and the Law" teaching is a question that teachers of morality and rule of law need to consider.Based on the actual teaching experience in the internship process,this article uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.The thesis includes four parts: the first part is the basic theoretical study of the teaching basic theory of labor education into the integration of labor education into the "Moral and Rule of Law".It is mainly to discuss the relevant theories involved in the thesis and lay the research foundation for later writing.First define the concept of labor education,and then explain the theory of labor education generated in different periods.Next,we will discuss the necessity of integrating labor education into the teaching of "Morality and Law" teaching from the perspective of curriculum development,student development perspective,and professional development of teachers.Finally,the significance of the integration of the two from the special perspective of labor education,"morality and the rule of law",and the core literacy perspective determined by the new curriculum standard.The second part is based on the status quo.Based on the eighth grade book "Morality and the Law" textbooks,first study the content of labor education involved in the textbooks,analyze the scope and characteristics of the labor education of the content.Cut the questionnaire and interview survey with the theme of the Law of the Law,clarify the status quo of research,analyze the relevant data and further understand the real problems existing in the current integration of the two,and then analyze the deep reasons of the existence of problems.The third part is an analysis of the strategy for integrating labor education into middle school "Morality and Rule of Law".Based on understanding the current problems and reasons of integrating labor education into teaching,specific strategies are proposed.From the perspective of resource expansion,propose strategies for secondary development,rational utilization of textbooks,and integration and utilization of other labor resources to enrich the content of labor education;From the perspective of innovative teaching methods,it is proposed that teachers should adopt diverse methods to enhance the effectiveness of labor education;Starting from the perspective of student subjectivity,it is proposed that teachers should enhance students’ labor concepts and promote the development of labor education by helping them establish correct labor values,encouraging them to engage in labor practice,and cultivating good labor literacy.Finally,from the perspective of condition guarantee,it is proposed to improve the school labor education system,improve the labor education evaluation system,and build a labor education implementation platform to ensure the implementation of labor education.The fourth part is designed with specific teaching as an example.The second box of the eighth grade in the eighth grade volume of the eighth class containing the content of the labor education "The rise and fall of the world,the husband is responsible",standing from the perspective of the teacher,designing and teaching.Incorporate teaching to provide evidence for the study of thesis.
