| Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.Strengthening labor education is an important measure to implement moral education,but also an important way to promote quality education.In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Outline for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),which pointed out that labor education should be included in the whole process of talent training,labor education organically permeated in disciplines and majors,and enrich and expand the implementation channels of labor education.The course of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and the characteristics of its activity subject course provide a fresh channel and platform for the development of labor education.This paper deeply investigates the current situation of labor education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies of labor education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.details are as follows:In the first part,the connotation and theoretical basis of labor education are expounded,and the basic characteristics of labor education and the significance of developing labor education in teaching are analyzed and summarized in combination with the content of teaching materials.In the second part,through questionnaire survey and teachers’ interview,we analyzed the current situation of labor education in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of law",and found that there are some deficiencies such as insufficient content mining,single teaching methods,students’ labor quality to be improved,and lack of school labor practice bases.The main reasons for these deficiencies are the lack of labor education quality,the lack of good education environment and the lack of school security system.In the third part,the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward for the deficiencies in the labor education teaching of "morality and rule of law",that is,to dig deep into the content of labor education,adopt rich teaching methods,improve students’ labor quality,and create a good labor education environment.In the fourth part,this paper selects the second box of the first lesson of the eighth grade for the teaching design,and implements the optimization strategy into the specific teaching,in order to provide some reference for the majority of teachers to carry out labor education in the teaching of "Morality and the rule of law" in junior high school. |
