Labor education is an important direction of the Party’s education policy in the new era.Newcomers in the era of labor education have increasingly become an important link in the education policy of the Party and the state.The junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law”course,as the main position of labor education,is a key course for practicing labor education,and its textbooks contain a large amount of labor education content.Based on this,how to effectively integrate labor education into the classroom teaching of “Morality and the Rule of Law” in junior high school is an issue that front-line teachers should focus on.On the basis of the use of literature analysis method,text analysis method and investigation method,this study explores the significance,practical dilemma and reasons of the integration of labor education into the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law” course,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies according to the dilemma and reasons.This article mainly includes four parts:The introduction of the first part covers four aspects,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,the current research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,research difficulties and innovation points.The overall framework is clear at a glance,laying the theoretical foundation and methodological guidance for the development of this research.The second part focuses on the theoretical basis,value implication,feasibility and integration principles of labor education integration into the junior high school“Morality and the Rule of Law”course.On the basis of analyzing and sorting out relevant documents,the author concludes that the integration of labor education into the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law” course is the needs of the times,the need to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the practical need to improve students’ core literacy,and a positive response to relevant national documents and policies;integrating labor the teaching of the“governance” course is scientific and reasonable.Not only do the two have a match in the educational goals,but also the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law”textbook contains a large number of labor education content.The organic integration of the two can promote the all-round development of students and promote the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law”.The course of “Morality and the Rule of Law” should adhere to the principle of ideology,the principle of the times and the principle of collaborative education.The third part focuses on the analysis of the current situation,the predicament and reasons for the integration of labor education into the junior high school“Morality and the Rule of Law” class.This study takes some teachers and students of the three middle schools in Shijiazhuang as the object of the survey,interviews and surveys of ten political teachers in front-line middle schools,conducts questionnaires on more than 300 middle school students,analyzes the results of the investigation and understands the current situation,problems and reasons for the integration of labor education into the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law”.When checking the data,it was found that there were some problems in the integration of labor education into the “Morality and the Rule of Law” class of junior high school.For example,the teaching goals rarely reflect labor literacy,the shortage of labor education resources integrated into labor education,and the teaching method of integration into labor education are relatively simple.The reasons for the problems involve many subjects,such as some teachers’ backward cognition of the integration of labor education into subject teaching,some teachers’ insufficient development of labor education resources,some students lack labor motivation and low labor ability,etc.The analysis and collation of the above problems and causes lays a good foundation for the targeted measures proposed below.The fourth part is the undertaking of the third part,which has the role of connecting the top and the bottom.It is the key content of this study.It mainly discusses the specific optimization strategy of integrating labor education into the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law” class.According to the analysis of the problems and causes of the third part of labor education integration into the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law”.It mainly puts forward targeted optimization strategies from four perspectives,namely,educational concepts,educational resources,teaching methods,and home-school collaborative education mechanism.From the perspective of educational concepts,teachers should update their educational concepts to improve the status and role of the integration of the constantly improve their educational skills.From the perspective of educational resources,teachers should expand labor education resources to enrich the integration content,dig deep into the labor resources in the junior high school “Morality and the Rule of Law” textbook,and make good hot resources and make full use of life-oriented labor education resources;in terms of teaching methods,teachers should try to innovate teaching methods,stimulate students’ interest,and improve the quality of integration;from the perspective of collaborative education mechanism,schools should strengthen management to ensure the smooth implementation of labor education,and families should cooperate with schools to cultivate and love labor.Give full play to the supporting role of the social environment to consolidate the educational effect.
