Labor education is the new requirement of the Party for education in the new era.It is an important part of the education system for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor,and also relates to the overall quality of talents in our country in the future.Vocational education,as an important type of education to train high-quality technical talents,has the natural advantage of combining vocational skills training with labor education,which is obviously a great responsibility and promising.Among them,the secondary vocational college students are under the age of 18,and their physical and mental development is not mature,which is the key period to shape their formation of good labor literacy.Therefore,the construction of evaluation model of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy can provide reference and help for major secondary vocational colleges to diagnose the current situation of students’ labor literacy and carry out labor education.The core objective of this paper is to build a scientific and effective assessment model for secondary vocational students’ labor literacy.In order to achieve this research objective,it is necessary to explore the index framework of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy on the basis of clarifying the assessment logic of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy,develop an assessment model for secondary vocational students’ labor literacy,and finally verify the assessment model for secondary vocational students’ labor literacy.The application path is also pointed out.First of all,clarify the assessment logic of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy,that is,through sorting out and analyzing the characteristics of secondary vocational students and the differences between secondary vocational students’ labor literacy and ordinary school students’ labor literacy,and then clarify the essential implication,characteristics and assessment orientation of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy,so as to provide the basis and premise for the construction of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy assessment model.Secondly,by collating and analyzing the existing literature on labor education and labor literacy as well as a series of national and local labor education policy documents,and combining with the expert interview method,this paper initially constructs the evaluation index system framework of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy.At the same time,two rounds of expert recognition consultation were carried out on the framework system initially established,and after further revising the expert opinions,the final evaluation index system of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy was obtained.That is,from the concept of "knowing feelings and acting","knowing" refers to cognition,that is,labor cognition,including labor consciousness,labor concept,labor value three aspects;"Feeling" refers to emotion and emotion,namely labor emotion and attitude,including labor interest,labor attitude and labor emotion."Thinking" refers to the mode of thinking,and forms a fixed habit and will,that is,labor habit and quality,including labor habit,labor spirit,and labor quality;"Action" refers to behavior and performance,that is,labor ability,including labor knowledge,labor skills,labor creation three aspects.Understanding and acting is a process from understanding to perception,then to action and internalization,that is,it is constantly spiraling up and then constructed into a four-part core labor literacy process.Thirdly,the weighting coefficients of each index in the index system framework of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy were determined through analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,and the final model expression of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy evaluation was obtained,that is,S=0.23Z+0.25Q+0.25Y+0.27 X,where S represents the labor literacy of secondary vocational students,Z represents labor cognition,and Z represents the labor literacy of secondary vocational students.It is the knowledge and understanding of labor produced by education,environmental edification or participation in labor practice,including the essential cognition of secondary vocational students on labor,labor,labor results,labor value and significance.Q stands for labor emotion and attitude,which is the subjective labor experience and feeling produced after long-term labor practice.Y stands for labor habit and quality,which is the continuous and stable labor behavior shown by secondary vocational students in the long-term labor practice,as well as the quality and personality characteristics internalized in the process.X stands for labor ability,indicating the ability and skill of secondary vocational students to apply labor knowledge to complete certain labor activities.After the evaluation model expression is obtained,the evaluation model needs to be verified.In other words,the index system and assessment model are used to develop the assessment scale of secondary vocational students’ labor literacy to investigate secondary vocational students,and at the same time,teachers of the surveyed school are invited to conduct expert assessment.By comparing the two data,the assessment model is verified,and the final research results reflect the rationality of the assessment model to a certain extent.Finally,according to the survey results,the paper provides a four-part practice path for secondary vocational school students’ labor literacy assessment model,namely,the evaluation model for secondary vocational school students’ labor literacy can not only provide the most intuitive and scientific way to evaluate the level of students’ labor literacy in secondary vocational school.In addition,it can also promote the development of labor education in secondary vocational schools and the improvement of students’ labor literacy in the four aspects of "understanding and caring". |
