The organic integration of music education and ideological and political education in junior high school teaching-Ideological and political education in music courses is an important measure to implement the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech at the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools and the "Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of School Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the New Era".The ideological and political elements of music courses are to integrate ideological and political elements such as ideological and political theoretical knowledge,values,and spiritual pursuit that appear in music teaching materials with music courses,and conduct ideological and political education for students in the process of subtly achieving the purpose of educating people.The core of music education lies in "educating people with beauty",which is an organic part of cultivating socialist builders and successors with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development,and plays a key role in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.The characteristics of traditional junior high school ideological and political education mainly lie in paying attention to ideological,political and theoretical,and the organic integration of other courses and ideological and political courses makes junior high school ideological and political education more flexible,interesting and innovative,and benefits from the practical characteristics of music courses such as participation and experience,and music courses have special advantages.Giving full play to this advantage is not only of great significance to improving the quality of music education,but also has an irreplaceable role in comprehensively improving the comprehensive literacy of students.Based on this,this thesis integrates ideological and political education into junior high school music teaching in the context of the new era,and conducts a preliminary practical study on the ideological and political education of junior high school music curriculum with three chapters.The first chapter is for the author to use the literature method to sort out and define the relevant theories of ideological and political education in junior high school music courses,mainly to clarify the concept and connotation of "curriculum ideology and politics" and the feasibility and necessity of ideological and political analysis of junior high school music courses.The second chapter is the author’s investigation and analysis of the current situation of ideological and political implementation of the music curriculum in the experimental middle school of Henan Normal University through student questionnaires and teacher interviews.At the same time,based on the results of the survey analysis,the author conducts a case analysis of ideological and political practice in junior high school music courses.In the third chapter,through the classroom practice of ideological and political education in the music curriculum of Henan Normal University Experimental Middle School,the author summarizes the specific strategies of ideological and political education in junior high school music courses,so as to establish a practical path for junior high school students to improve their political ideology and moral character through music courses.
