"Curriculum ideology and politics" is a reform measure of education proposed under the fundamental pursuit and urgent need of education in colleges and universities for national and social development.It is an important starting point for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and educating people.By 2020,the Ministry of Education will launch the Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Courses,which will provide more explicit guidance and planning for the construction of ideological and political education in higher education courses.Colleges and universities around the country begin to pay real attention to the work of ideological and political education in the curriculum.With the selection of the "Demonstration project of Ideological and political education in the curriculum",most colleges and universities around the country also actively invest in the construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Vocational colleges as an important field of talent training,to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction is the key strategy that can’t be ignored in the reform of education in the new era.How to achieve good quality and effect of curriculum ideological and political construction in vocational colleges is an urgent problem to be solved by all higher vocational colleges.As the "baton" and "barometer" of curriculum ideological and political construction,the evaluation of curriculum ideological and political construction can effectively lead the promotion of curriculum ideological and political construction,and guarantee the quality and effect of the construction,which has an important role and significance in promoting the construction of curriculum ideological and political construction.Therefore,for higher vocational colleges,this study is committed to building a curriculum ideological and political evaluation system based on CIPP evaluation,and attempts to carry out a panoramic evaluation on specific courses to improve and optimize curriculum ideological and political,so as to promote the sustainable construction of curriculum ideological and political in higher vocational colleges.This study mainly consists of five parts,based on the research path of problem raising-theoretical analysis-proposal-empirical investigation-summary and optimization.Firstly,in the introduction,the research question and background of this study are put forward,and the limitation of the current ideological and political evaluation practice level in higher vocational colleges is pointed out,as well as the limitation of the research level of "emphasizing macro,weak middle-view and strong micro",and the technical route of this study is formed.The second part is to make clear the connotation and characteristics of ideological and political evaluation of higher vocational college curriculum and frame the CIPP-based evaluation.It uses the literature research method to clarify the value implication of curriculum ideological and political affairs in higher vocational colleges,and from the CIPP evaluation to clarify the fundamental value of "improving output" of curriculum ideological and political evaluation and the evaluation target for the three effects,namely effect,efficiency and benefit,so as to basically form the four-dimensional content framework of curriculum ideological and political evaluation.The third part is the construction of the ideological and political evaluation index system of the curriculum in higher vocational colleges.Through the demonstration and statistics of the investigation and research method,the evaluation index system consisting of 4first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 25 third-level indexes is finally formed.The fourth part is a case study and reflection on the ideological and political evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.In this part,under the evaluation objectives and needs of this research,the panoramic evaluation model is proposed as the general procedure for the evaluation,and the course "Principles of UAV Flight" of H vocational college is selected as the representative case to implement the evaluation procedure,diagnose the representative problems existing in the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,and test the defects and deficiencies of the ideological and political evaluation system of the curriculum of higher vocational colleges constructed by this research.The fifth part puts forward the optimization countermeasures of ideological and political evaluation of higher vocational college curriculum.Based on the overall summary of the empirical work,it tries to promote the sustainable development of ideological and political evaluation of higher vocational college curriculum.It puts forward three strategies to improve the evaluation mechanism of curriculum ideological and political supervision,construct a big data platform for promoting curriculum ideological and political quality,and form a normal feedback of continuous improvement of curriculum ideological and political work. |
