Abstract/Summary:
With the infiltration of curriculum ideological and political ability in various courses in colleges and universities,the ability of curriculum ideological and political ability of college teachers has become a strong support for the cultivation of ideological and political talents,and at the same time,higher requirements are put forward for the ability of curriculum ideological and political ability of college teachers.For PE teachers in colleges and universities,the application of curriculum ideological and political ability in PE courses has become a necessary ability.It is particularly important for PE teachers in colleges and universities to keep pace with the ideological and political tide,collect,acquire,organize,use and spread the ideological and political content of the curriculum to promote the ideological and political development of PE courses in colleges and universities.However,there is a lack of research on the construction of the evaluation system of college PHYSICAL education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability,leading to the inability to quantify the evaluation of college physical education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability,which to some extent restricts the improvement of college physical education teachers’curriculum ideological and political ability.Therefore,this study is committed to building a scientific evaluation index system of college PHYSICAL education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability,and exploring ways to improve college physical education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability.In this study,through literature method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,combined with iceberg model,the evaluation index system of college PHYSICAL education teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability was constructed.The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the four basic principles of scientific principle,guiding principle,discipline characteristic principle and testable principle,the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political ability of college PHYSICAL education teachers is constructed,including five first-level indicators of knowledge and skills,teaching ability,personal characteristics,ideological and political consciousness of PHYSICAL education curriculum,and ideological and political application of physical education curriculum.The first-level index is divided into 15 second-level indexes and 55 third-level indexes.(2)Delphi method is used to screen the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political ability of college PHYSICAL education teachers,and ahp is used to calculate five first-level indicators:knowledge accomplishment,teaching ability,personal characteristics,curriculum ideological and political consciousness,and the weight of curriculum ideological and political application.15 secondary indicators:sports discipline knowledge,learning ability,teaching design ability,teaching ability,teaching evaluation,teaching reflection ability,professional attitude,strengthen the teacher’s ethics,course education macro,sensitive ideological consciousness,the course education communication skills,physical education and education integration ability,the weight of ideological innovation ability and the education teaching effect;The weight of 51 three-level indicators.All indicators at all levels passed the consistency test and were sorted.(3)Based on the evaluation index system,the weights of the evaluation indexes of curriculum ideological and political ability of college PHYSICAL education teachers are calculated and sorted,providing a solid foundation for subsequent empirical research.(4)Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out empirical research on 6 PE teachers in a university.In the calculation of the curriculum ideological and political ability of six college physical education teachers based on fuzzy rating method,it is found that the teachers’ evaluation levels are uneven,and their evaluation levels of the second index and the first index are also uneven.Through the practical application of curriculum ideological and political evaluation index system of PE teachers in colleges and universities,the scientificity and measurability of the index system are verified.
