Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the status and role of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the ideological and political work of universities has been further clarified and strengthened.The Party Central Committee promulgated and convened a number of documents and conferences on improving and strengthening the ideological and political education work of university students.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that all kinds of courses should go in the same direction as the ideological and political theory courses,making clear the vital role of the Curriculum Ideology and Politics in educating people.As China becomes more open and closer to the centre of the world stage,its ties with the world become closer and its influence on each other more profound,and the situation and struggle in the field of ideology become more complex.In order to train students to become builders and successors of the socialist cause,we must first help them establish a correct world view,outlook on life and values,and link the realisation of their personal values closely to the future and destiny of the Party and the country.This requires that while cultivating students’ professional ability,it is more necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of modern students,pay attention to the cultivation of socialist core values,and give full play to the role of the main channel of curriculum teaching in ideological and political education;Due to the characteristics of international economics and trade,its close ties with Europe and the United States and other countries,the ideological and political education work of the international trade course is more urgent to implement.In this context,how to improve the effect of teaching curriculum Ideology and Politics in the major international economic and trade,and assess the quality of teaching Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the major international economic and trade is particularly important,and the construction of a scientific and effective evaluation index system for the quality of teaching Curriculum Ideology and Politics has become an important issue to be solved.This study mainly focuses on the professional theory courses in the talent training programme,and through the method of questionnaire survey,drawing on the existing evaluation scale,relevant research results on the evaluation of curriculum thinking and politics teaching,and on the basis of studying various policy documents of the Ministry of Education,the preliminary construction of the Evaluation Index System of Undergraduate Curriculum Thinking and Politics Teaching in Colleges and Universities,which consists of 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 31 tertiary indicators.The Questionnaire on the Importance of the Evaluation Index System of Ideology and Political Teaching in Undergraduate Curriculum in Colleges and Universities was further developed,and the empirical study was carried out with teachers and full-time undergraduate students in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as the survey targets.Next,by conducting reliability and validity tests,factor analysis and ANOVA on the 304 valid teachers’ questionnaires and 425 students’ questionnaires collected,the questionnaire was tested and revised,and finally an evaluation index system of undergraduate curriculum thinking and politics teaching in colleges and universities,consisting of 5 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators,was established and the weights of the indicators were assigned.Respecting the convergence of the curriculum orientation of each course in the process of educating people,but also need to respect the differences of different majors,so on the basis of constructing the "Undergraduate Curriculum Ideology and Politics Teaching Evaluation Index System of Universities",this study combined the characteristics of the major of international trade,the curriculum system and the elements of Curriculum Ideology and Politics contained in it,constructed the "Undergraduate Curriculum Ideology and Politics Teaching Evaluation Index System of International Trade" for professional theory courses,and used the The study also used the index system to conduct a questionnaire survey on the teaching of Ideology and Politics in the undergraduate courses of international trade in Southeast University.The evaluation data from the questionnaire survey were substituted into a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the detailed evaluation results of the implementation of the undergraduate Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the major of international trade of Southeast University.The results show that although there are areas for improvement in the construction of teaching teams in the teaching of international economic and trade courses in Southeast University,it is excellent in terms of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching organization and implementation,and the overall situation is of excellent level.According to the results and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the international economic and trade curriculum in Southeast University,at the end of this study,the objectives of teaching and learning are "to strengthen moral education","to continuously improve the teaching content","to scientifically At the end of this study,we discuss the suggestions for improving the quality of the teaching of international economic and trade courses in curriculum Ideology and Politics in four aspects,namely,"strengthening the teaching objective of cultivating moral character","continuously improving the teaching content","scientifically organizing and implementing teaching" and "continuously strengthening the teaching team".This study constructs a teaching evaluation index system for the theoretical Curriculum Ideology and Politics of the ITC majors,which is innovative in the degree of refinement of the secondary and tertiary indicators and their criteria,and makes up for the lack of specificity in the evaluation of the Civics of the course without distinguishing between majors,which is of good reference and practical value to other schools of the ITC majors in the evaluation of the teaching quality of the Curriculum Ideology and Politics.
