| Integrity is not only the basic moral requirement for everyone to make friends,do business,and establish a career,but also the value criterion of the socialist core values at the individual level of citizens.In the context of the new era,the interweaving and collision of multiple cultures has promoted the renewal and progress of civilization on the one hand,but at the same time,it is also easy to cause a series of social problems.Because the junior high school students are in the critical stage of physical and mental development,the integrity values have not yet been finalized,and there are problems such as weak integrity awareness,so the research on the junior high school integrity education is practically necessary.The improvement and improvement of the integrity quality of junior high school students is closely related to the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law".The two are not only the same in terms of training goals,but also the teaching content of "Morality and the Rule of Law" is also an important material resource for developing integrity education.The important task of integrity education is to better promote integrity education in teaching activities and help students establish a correct concept of integrity.Through the investigation,it is found that the integrity education in the current junior high school "morality and rule of law" course teaching has achieved initial results,which is mainly reflected in: there are more content about integrity in the textbooks and junior high school students’ awareness of integrity theory has improved.However,to a certain extent,there are deficiencies,which are mainly reflected in:first,the teaching philosophy emphasizes intellectual education over moral education;second,the teaching process of honesty is not systematic;third,students fail to integrate knowledge and action of honesty;fourth,the practice of honesty education ineffectiveness,etc.The main reasons are as follows: First,the attitude of teachers to integrity education needs to be changed;second,the content of integrity education in textbooks is scattered and difficult to integrate;third,the teaching methods are stylized and the classroom lacks vitality;Teaching guarantee mechanism.In order to further implement the goal of morality,cultivating people and educating people,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures in response to the above-mentioned problems: first,to update the educational concept,and to focus on the educative nature of integrity education from changing the mode of examination-oriented education and guiding students to practice integrity;It is to excavate the teaching content,and improve the systemicity of integrity education by integrating the knowledge of teaching material integrity and developing rich extracurricular resources;the third is to explore teaching methods,using situational teaching method,keyword teaching method and practical teaching method to enhance the actual effect of integrity education.The fourth is to improve the guarantee mechanism,to ensure the long-term effectiveness of integrity education from the establishment of students’ integrity record bags and the improvement of teaching evaluation. |
