Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is a major theoretical innovation born in response to the requirements of the times to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,is the latest achievement of the Chineseization of Marxist theory of the rule of law,is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,is the fundamental followings and action guidelines for the comprehensive rule of law in the new era.Arming the mind and guiding practice with Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law should not only be taken as the guiding ideology of the national citizen’s education on the popularization of law,but also the content of learning Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law should be taken as an important political task,fully integrated with the existing foundation of rule of law education and implemented into all aspects of the school education system,in order to implement our rule of law education policy and provide an important guarantee for building a socialist state under the rule of law.Junior high school students are in the growth of life "plucking pregnant spike" period,is an important turning point in life growth,the ideological concept is in the initial formation period,very vulnerable to the influence of external bad factors,embarked on the road to delinquency.The junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" course is an important carrier and channel of rule of law education for junior high school students,and it shoulders the important task of cultivating socialist rule of law citizens.Therefore,strengthening the education of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school and comprehensively promoting the healthy development of rule of law education in junior high school is an important mission given to ideological and political education in the new era,which is conducive to improving the rule of law literacy and comprehensive quality of young people and cultivating socialist rule of law citizens in line with the development of modern society.This paper is based on the junior high school Morality and Rule of Law curriculum,and takes the strengthening of Xi Jinping’s rule of law education in junior high school Morality and Rule of Law teaching as the research object,in accordance with the basic idea of "concept definition--content analysis--status quo exploration--This paper is based on the research object of strengthening the education of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school,in accordance with the basic idea of "concept definition-content analysis-current situation exploration-analysis of the causes of the problems-strategic thinking".The details are as follows: through the analysis of the essence and content of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought,sorting out and summarizing the content,goals and needs of rule of law education in junior high school Morality and Rule of Law curriculum,clarifying the necessity of strengthening Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought education in junior high school Morality and Rule of Law teaching;on the basis of research and study on students and interviews with front-line teachers,discovering the basis and shortcomings of strengthening Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought education in junior high school Morality and Rule of Law teaching.The research found that there are problems of Xi Jinping’s rule of law education goal leading to be highlighted,education cognition to be improved,education content to be expanded and education means to be innovated in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.There are three main causes of the problem: from the school’s point of view,the training for professional upgrading of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought is not enough,the professional support of subject teaching and research groups is not strong,the conditions for rule of law education are not enough,and the evaluation system of rule of law education is not sound;from the teacher’s point of view,some teachers are restricted by traditional teaching philosophy,and they do not learn enough about Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought,and it is difficult to implement and enforce Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought in actual teaching work;from the student’s point of view,students are influenced by inertial thinking,and they are not enthusiastic about rule of law learning,and their independent learning ability is not good.Therefore,in order to effectively strengthen Xi Jinping’s rule of law education in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law in junior high school and comprehensively improve the quality of junior high school rule of law education,this paper puts forward the construction ideas from the following four aspects:firstly,in the shaping of teaching philosophy,teachers are needed to strengthen the three-dimensional goal setting in the guidance of teaching objectives and enhance the cultivation of junior high school students’ rule of law spirit and rule of law practice ability.Secondly,in the educational content,grasp the optimization and integration of the textbook itself rule of law education content,improve the Xi Jinping rule of law thought in the concept of rule of law leadership,the idea of law-abiding for all,the idea of ruling the country according to the constitution,the people-centered rule of law thought and the "morality and rule of law" course teaching content,to enhance the teaching of internal development.Once again in the innovation of education methods,promote the education of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law to achieve four combinations,that is,insist on combining classroom education with network education,combining theoretical education with practical education,combining moral education with rule of law education,combining explicit education with implicit education.Finally,in the construction of educational security,we strengthen organizational security,resource security,teacher security and evaluation security.Once again in the innovation of education methods,promote the education of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law to achieve four combinations,that is,insist on combining classroom education with network education,combining theoretical education with practical education,combining moral education with rule of law education,combining explicit education with implicit education.Finally,in the construction of educational security,we strengthen organizational security,resource security,teacher security and evaluation security.
