Vocational education is a unique type of education,and the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation and alternating work and other characteristics of "teaching by doing and learning by doing" also give a distinctive character to the practical teaching of the ideology and politics curriculum in secondary vocational schools.It is clearly pointed out in the Standard of Ideology and Politics Curriculum for Secondary Vocational Schools(2020 Edition)that students should be guided to change their learning methods and use "problem situations" and "social practice activities" as a means to learn through "cooperative learning" and "research study".In the "2020 Edition",it is clearly stated that students should be guided to change their learning methods,using "problem situations" and "social practice activities" as a means,and through "cooperative learning" and "research study" to cultivate their innovative spirit and enhance their practical skills.This is an important element of the new curriculum standards,which are oriented towards the development of core literacy in the subject of ideology and politics.This is an important element of the new curriculum,which uses social practices and thinking jelly to present the content of ideology and politics,i.e.through a series of activities and systems designed to make the’curriculum content activity-based’ and ’activity content curriculum-based’.This requires teachers to pay more attention to and improve the quality of their practical teaching skills in order to better train technically skilled people with "both moral and technical skills".In this paper,we use questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations to analyse the current situation of practical teaching in Civics and Politics classes in secondary schools and conduct research on related issues.This paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses.This paper uses both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyse the current situation of practical teaching of Civics and Politics in secondary schools from the perspectives of both teachers and students,and analyse the satisfaction of students in secondary schools with regard to the practical teaching of Civics and Politics and teachers’ teaching.The optimization path of practical teaching of Civics and Politics in secondary schools is proposed in three levels: from the school level,the operational mechanism of practical teaching of Civics and Politics in secondary schools should be improved;from the teaching and research department level,the organization and assessment system of practical teaching of Civics and Politics in secondary schools should be improved;from the teacher level,the implementation mode and method of practical teaching of Civics and Politics in secondary schools should be innovated.The conclusion of this paper takes the lesson "Love and Respect for Work and Stand on the Job for Success" studied by the students of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation in the alternate engineering stage of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example to prepare the teaching design and carry out specific practical teaching implementation.Feedback from classroom observations,questionnaires and interviews are used to analyse the effects of practical teaching,to reflect on teaching,to summarise the strengths and weaknesses of practical teaching,and to make corresponding suggestions for improvement. |
