Since twenty-first Century,the social development faster,more intense competition,human resources has increasingly become the core resource of market competition.Enterprises want to develop in the market,create more interests must strengthen their own management,stimulate the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees.In order to create more value for the enterprise.How to better evaluate the job performance of employees.Play the potential talent has become the enterprises to strengthen their own strength,One of the most concerned issues.In order to enhance the competitive strength of the company,the managers of the company realize that the company must combine the specific situation and apply performance appraisal tools to build a more systematic performance appraisal system,give full play to the positive role of performance appraisal,and improve the overall overall strength of the company.In order to achieve this goal as soon as possible,the performance management system should be implemented in the company,and exploratory research and practice should be carried out according to the effect.In the whole performance management implementation process,key performance indicators(KPI),target management(MBO),balanced scorecard(BSC)and other assessment tools are applied scientifically and rationally to specific practical work,and the general standards of management work are achieved.Gradually formed a relatively systematic performance appraisal system,and gradually improved in the implementation process of performance appraisal.This paper takes Yunnan NF company as the research object focuses on the study of the corresponding,in the enterprise internal multiple changes,companies in the development of strategic decision changes,a comprehensive analysis of the operation and management aspects of the system within the company,and pointed out that the development of the company,need more attention in the aspects of performance management and the performance appraisal system of quality.Through in-depth analysis of the internal performance management system of the relevant enterprises,according to the original system content of the company,three improvement aspects are drawn up,in order to help the company realize the effective improvement and management of the performance appraisal system.F or the employee s performance was improved to a certain degree of innovation in the management system of the company,make certain appraisal to leadership and management,employees working ability,enablers,is commonplace for technical training to achieve its job security.
