| The Mindfulness Group Counseling Program is a new intervention paradigm and a method of psychological training,mindfulness based therapies have been shown in previous studies to have a positive impact on individual physical and mental health factors such as mental resilience,mindfulness therapy can eliminate individual physical and mental symptoms and improve mental health level.The divorced family refers to the family whose parents are divorced for various reasons.In the atmosphere of this kind of family,the children’s psychology has changed somewhat,especially in the junior middle school stage.Because they are in a special period,they need more help from schools and teachers,and because of the lack of resources in China,the situation of group counseling will be more suitable for nationwide promotion to help more children.Therefore,this study uses questionnaire and experimental methods to explore the psychological intervention of group counseling on divorced children.In the first study,500 students were selected from the author’s school by questionnaire survey.To investigate the difference of mental toughness between divorced family and non-divorced family,and to find out the reason of low mental toughness of divorced family children.In study2,72 junior middle school students were tested to improve their self-awareness through short-term intervention training to promote the resilience of children from divorced families and reduce their loneliness.Results:(1)in study 1,mindfulness,loneliness and resilience of divorced children were significantly correlated in all dimensions.The results also showed that loneliness had mediating effect on the resilience of children from positive and negative families.(2)in study 2,the interaction between the intervention group and the control group was not significant,and the change of the intervention group was examined separately,it was found that the level of mindfulness,the resilience of the children from overall divorced families,and the resilience of the children were significantly improved.This study found the mediating role of loneliness in the influence of mindfulness on the resilience of divorced children,and explored the effect of short-term mindfulness intervention.On the basis of previous studies,this study further explored the mechanism of the role of mindfulness in the resilience of children from divorced families from the perspective of loneliness,furthermore,a short-term intervention program was developed to explore the effect of short-term intervention on the resilience of children from divorced families. |
