Research On The Application Of Group Work In The Improvement Of Children's Resilience In Rural Divorced Families

In recently years,with the speeding up process of urbanization,the rate of divorce is rising in country,the important reason is migration movement.Many parents leave their hometown to city,the children from rural divorced families suffer parental divorce and become left-behind children.Besides,the absence of parental and inter-generational education bring some negative effects.Such as psychology,school work and social contact.In addition,the authors have found that the children from rural divorced families had little opportunity to participate school activity.They were low self-evaluation.When they faced the tough situation,they often had negative emotion and shrinking back behavior.At the same time,In social academic,it's little attention to their internal and external superior resources,including their special growth environment.Therefore,it's necessary that social work promote resilience from the perspective of social work.In this study,we conducted a questionnaire survey on the children from rural divorced families in G primary school,J county.The author found that the children existed low sense of self-identity,were confused about life and had low ability to regulate emotions.In their family,there were many problems such as a far distant of parent-children relationship and inter-generational education.In view of this situation,based on the strength perspective theory to search the effective of social work.Through the group work “to fly against the wind” to help the children overcome self-abasement,establish self confidence and improve the ability to solve problems.we carry out group work services to help children find their strengths and advantages and assist them to build up self-confidence.Through the group work activity and effective evaluation,we found that it's effective to promote resilience about the children from the perspective of social work.The score of latter questionnaire has risen,the sense of self-identity has improved,they have positive attitude to face life.At the same time,they improve the communication pattern of their grandparents and parents.Although,we achieved some effect,there are still some drawbacks: firstly,social worker needs to improve the professional competence,secondly,social worker needs to adopt different ways to excavate the children's internal and external superior resources.
