The Ministry of Education clearly put forward in the "Guiding Outline for the Teaching of Physical Education Courses in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" that physical education teaching in ordinary colleges and universities should be based on the needs of students’ personality development and social development,highlighting the guiding ideology of "health first" and "people-oriented";physical education teaching should focus on cultivating contemporary college students’ autonomy,individualization,and lifelong sports awareness.However,the survey found that the conventional teaching model currently used is mainly aimed at the development of students’ skills,and is slightly weak in the overall training of students.In order to optimize the teaching of tennis options courses,this study adopts a research paradigm that combines qualitative research and quantitative research,and analyzes and discusses the college tennis options courses.The teaching status of tennis option courses in colleges and universities was investigated by means of literature method,interview method,field investigation method and questionnaire survey method,and it was found that the current teaching of tennis option courses in colleges and universities existed: the teaching objectives were mainly to master tennis sports skills,weakening the comprehensive training of students;the teaching content and methods were biased towards the teaching of professional courses,resulting in the teaching of tennis option courses being too boring;the assessment and evaluation were mainly based on skill assessment,and the process evaluation was insufficient;the venue equipment was limited,and the teaching environment needed to be further improved.In view of the above problems,this study is based on the teaching results of "learning,practicing,and playing",drawing on the teaching concept of "fast tennis",and constructing an integrated teaching mode of "teaching,practicing and playing" in ordinary college tennis option courses.The teaching model follows the guiding ideology of "people-oriented" and "health first",and supplements the teaching objectives,teaching procedures and teaching evaluation of tennis option courses according to the relevant theoretical foundations of sociology,psychology,pedagogy and physical education,and forms a teaching mode with practical operability.Through the test of teaching practice,it is found that this teaching mode is conducive to the achievement of teaching objectives;the teaching content and methods are more in line with teaching needs;the assessment and evaluation system is more comprehensive;and the use of venue facilities is more scientific and reasonable.Based on the above research results,this study proposes(1)in the teaching process of tennis option courses,the combination of inside and outside the class can be implemented,and the integrated teaching mode of "teaching,practicing and playing" of college tennis option courses can be improved.(2)Actively promote the promotion of the integrated teaching mode of "teaching,practicing and playing" in ordinary colleges and universities,optimize the teaching of tennis option classes,enhance students’ interest in learning,and promote students’ personalized development.(3)Establish and improve the supervision and guarantee mechanism for the integrated teaching mode of "teaching,practicing and playing" in colleges and universities,and ensure the normal implementation of the integrated teaching mode of "teaching,practicing and playing".(4)Set up different levels of tennis option class classes,realize the differential treatment of tennis option class teaching,provide a suitable learning environment for students who master different sports skill levels,reserve talents for colleges and universities,and aim to provide a basis and reference for the improvement and promotion of the "teaching,practicing,and playing" integrated teaching model in colleges and universities.
