In 2016,the relevant documents issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly pointed out: to construct a health education model that combines discipline teaching with educational activities,classroom education with extracurricular practice,and puts forward that physical education and health courses should be set up as "Health first," The guiding ideology of lifelong physical education and the curriculum idea of "student development as the center";To ensure students physical education curriculum and after-school physical activity time,improve the quality of physical education,strengthen mental health education,promote students' physical and mental health,strong will.Based on this,how to give full play to the leading role of physical education teaching,while strengthening the technical teaching,the overall development of students Sports knowledge,consciousness,ability,change students' learning behavior,realize physical education from one-dimensional focus on technical teaching to pay attention to knowledge and skills,The multi-dimensional change-oriented teaching idea of behavior and consciousness has become the focus of physical education reform.Based on this,the research takes the constructivism theory as the guidance,carries out the teaching principle of "learning for practical use",integrates the sports education mode popular abroad into the tennis teaching class,pushes the special knowledge through the classroom technology teaching and the WeChat platform.Students actively participate in the multi-rolepractice of athletes,coaches,referees,organizers,etc.,carry on a one-semester teaching practice,and empirically analyze the actual changes of students' knowledge,consciousness,behavior and ability of tennis.In order to promote college tennis classroom teaching,speed up the reform of physical education teaching,and constantly improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of teaching and the construction of concrete teaching implementation scheme.The quantity carries on the beneficial attempt and provides the practice reference.The research results are as follows:(1)the teaching development of tennis teaching in colleges and universities in China lags behind,the curriculum construction is unreasonable,the level of teaching staff needs to be improved,and the facilities of the venue need to be improved.The main factors restricting college students' independent fitness include the lack of fitness concept,the temptation of diversified choices for leisure and entertainment,and the imperfect guiding mechanism of students' long-term participation in sports.(2)empirical research shows that: Through the practice teaching of tennis course of "sports education mode",the teaching effect of students in the four dimensions of physical education knowledge,sports consciousness,sports behavior and sports ability has been obviously improved and improved,and through the teaching practice of multiple roles,the teaching effect of the four dimensions of sports knowledge,sports consciousness,sports behavior and sports ability has been obviously improved and improved.The students' active participation in sports has obvious promoting effect.(3)through the empirical analysis of the teaching effect based on the "sports education mode",combined with the current practice of tennis teaching in colleges and universities,we should attach importance to the combination of teaching and research,and we should pay more attention to the combination of teaching and research.Make clear the teaching goal,optimize the teaching design,innovate the teaching method and so on to strengthen the whole optimization design of the curriculum teaching.It is suggested that the teaching of tennis in colleges and universities in China should set up the concept of curriculum reform of "inclusive,integrated Chinese and western education",adhere to the teaching idea of "student development as the center",and organically combine the sports education model with traditional teaching.Optimize design as a whole,implement goals,principles,In order to maximize the teaching effect,it is necessary to draw up the implementation plan of curriculum teaching in the aspects of strategy,step and so on,and to promote the promotion and implementation of this model.
