In recent years, enrollment scale of high middle schools and institutions of higherlearning have gradually expanded. Stratification of students in vocational colleges aremore and more prominent;there are more differences among students and urgentrequirements of personalized is growing. Individualized training personality as the maintarget has become the unanimous choice. Tennis is relatively difficult skill, so the tennisteachers needs think over diversity of students’ and teach individualized. How to makedifferent levels of students received the most suitable for their own education, that is thequestion of higher education must seriously think about. In this paper,SuzhouEconomic and Trade College tennis elective classes are taken for example to practiceexplore and theory analysis of the hierarchical teaching.In this paper, the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematicalstatistics method are used to research and design the Student hierarchical division,teaching objectives, teaching program, teaching evaluation of tennis hierarchicalteaching. Implementation and application of Tennis hierarchical teaching and generalteaching are compared by using Experiment and mathematical statistics.The studyfound that: the implementation of the hierarchical teaching is beneficial for studentstennis skill level, physical education and improve theoretical results;the implementationof the hierarchical teaching has a positive impact on the sense of tennis participation andinterests of sports;the teacher who uses hierarchical teaching experiments are more ableto get recognition among students;hierarchical teaching is conducive to students toimprove communication skills; hierarchica teaching can promote psychological andsocial process of the students. Tennis hierarchical teaching in vocational colleges isfeasible and good efect. There are referential significances for other projects teachingcertain.
