In recent years,with the economic take-off and the outstanding achievements of Chinese women tennis players in the international tennis arena,especially after Li Na won the French Open women’s singles champion,many people turn their eyes to tennis and begin to learn tennis.Many colleges and universities in China have set up tennis courses to popularize tennis.Compared with the training institutions outside the school,the school tennis courses are mainly based on traditional teaching.The teaching effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is very necessary to study how to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of tennis general course.This study enriches the tennis teaching method and promotes the development of tennis teaching through the research on the application of the integration of multiple teaching methods in the teaching of tennis general courses.In this paper,the literature and books of game teaching,competition teaching and tennis teaching are consulted through the method of literature materials,so as to understand the latest trends and provide theoretical basis for the experiment.Through the questionnaire survey method to study the students’ interest in tennis and the teaching effect before and after the experiment;Using experimental method to carry out experimental intervention in students’ teaching;Using mathematical statistics to sort out the data of the students in the ball quality,the effective number of forehand and backhand shots and the unforced errors in the match;By using the comparative analysis method to analyze the relevant data,combined with the students’ learning state in class,the reasons are analyzed.Through the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The integrated use of multiple teaching methods and traditional teaching methods can improve students’ interest in learning tennis,and the effect of the integrated use of multiple teaching methods is more obvious;2.The integrated use of multiple teaching methods and traditional teaching methods can improve the mastery of students’ tennis skills.The integrated use of multiple teaching methods can improve the integrity and fluency of students’ technical movements more clearly and intuitively.3.The integrated use of multiple teaching methods can improve students’ ability to handle the ball calmly in the competition and reduce unnecessary points loss.4.The integration of various teaching methods can improve students’ tennis experience and enthusiasm to participate in tennis,so that students can learn tennis skills in a pleasant atmosphere and take the initiative to participate in tennis practice.
