| Table tennis club is not only an important carrier of today’s campus sports,but also an extension of sports classroom teaching and an effective way for schools to implement quality-oriented students in compulsory education(hereinafter referred to as double reduction)Policy),clearly pointed out that to carry out a variety of sports,sports,interest groups and community activities,strengthen students’ participation in extracurricular activities and physical exercise,improve students’ physique,promote students’ moral,intellectual,physical beauty and labor all-round development The development of table tennis association is in line with the direction of education reform under the double-reduction policy.It has greatly enriched extracurricular sports activities,promoted the all-round development of students’ body and mind,and provided a broader space for the development of table tennis association.In this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field study,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,combined with the theory of sports management,sports sociology,school physical education and other related disciplines,the basic situation of students in Yan ’an junior high school table tennis association guide teachers funds and materials Management and other aspects of the current situation,from the analysis of Yan ’an junior high school table tennis association to develop some problems,and put forward feasible countermeasures,and provide reference for the development of other table tennis associations.Research results:one.Junior middle school students in Yan ’an have an ideal understanding of the double-reduction policy,among which the number of students with basic knowledge exceeds the sum of those with relatively good knowledge and very good knowledge.Junior high school physical education teachers in Yan ’an City have a basic understanding of the double reduction policy..two.Yan’an junior high school table tennis club activities have increased and improved in terms of development,club activity time and course content,indicating that table tennis club activities have been effectively promoted,and also reflecting the increase in students’ interest and participation in the sport of table tennis.three.The number of boys participating in table tennis clubs in junior high schools in Yan’an is still more than that of girls,but the proportion of girls has increased,and the proportion of boys has decreased;Students in the first and second years of junior high have more extracurricular activity time and relatively few academic tasks than students in the third year of junior high school;Most of the number of clubs is concentrated in the 21-30 and 31-40 segments;Students’ liking levels have declined because of competition for other after-school activities;The motivation of students to participate in table tennis clubs is mainly to enrich after-school life and relieve study pressure,which indicates that students need a balance and adjustment between academic study and life pressure.four.The instructors of Yan’an junior high school table tennis club are relatively young,mostly bachelor’s degree,teaching experience concentrated in 1-5 years,the teacher major is basically physical education,other special items are greater than small ball specials.five.The table tennis club of Yan ’an Junior Middle School mainly relies on the funds of the school,and pays for hiring teachers and purchasing equipment for club activities,among which the funds used for hiring teachers have increased.six.The existing table tennis courts of Yan ’an Junior High School are mostly outdoor ones.The number of table tennis tables has been far from meeting the requirements of students.Seven.There are few table tennis club competitions in Yan ’an junior high school.There are still some students who have teaching plans but do not implement them according to the teaching plans.The teaching plan also needs to be improved.Main countermeasures:one.The dual-reduction policy should be implemented,and external forces should be introduced to guarantee the development of extracurricular activities,so that the extracurricular activities of schools can basically meet the needs of students,so that students can better return to campus and reduce the burden of off-campus training for parents.two.Allocate special teachers,improve the overall professional quality,and make corresponding adjustments according to the actual needs of the school,so that the proportion of teachers is more reasonable.three.Regularly carry out table tennis professional knowledge training classes,carry out centralized special training,and improve the professional quality of table tennis special and non-table tennis special teachers.four.Optimize and improve relevant hardware facilities,enrich table tennis clubs,increase the number of table tennis tables,improve utilization rate,and improve the conditions of table tennis courts.five.Increase publicity efforts,actively seek strong support from society and schools,use online platforms to vigorously publicize the cultural value of sports clubs,and share videos and photos of club training.six.Actively organize table tennis competitions,strengthen competitions and interactive
