Preschool teachers as a part of the social professional group,the happiness they experience in their work is related to the quality of kindergarten teaching work,and has extremely important significance for the development of preschool teachers and the growth of children.However,preschool teachers are suffering from professional pressure at present.Mental resilience is a good internal characteristic of an individual that interacts with the external environment when he is under pressure.The study of preschool teachers’ mental resilience has a positive effect on reducing their occupational pressure and improving their occupational happiness.Taking preschool teachers in Henan Province as the research object,this study analyzed their occupational stress,mental resilience and occupational happiness by questionnaire survey and interview,and reached the following conclusions.First,preschool teachers’ occupational pressure is generally low,while their mental resilience and occupational happiness are generally medium high.Secondly,there are significant differences in preschool teachers’ occupational stress and occupational happiness in the nature of kindergartens,the establishment,teaching years,educational background,professional title and income.Psychological resilience in the nature of the school,teaching years,education,professional title,income there are significant differences.Thirdly,the correlation analysis of this study shows that there is a significant negative correlation between occupational stress and mental resilience of preschool teachers.There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers’ mental resilience and career happiness.There is a significant negative correlation between preschool teachers’ occupational stress and occupational happiness.That is,the higher the psychological resilience,the higher the occupational happiness,the less occupational stress.Fourthly,the regression analysis of this study shows that the overall occupational stress of preschool teachers and its dimensions of work difficulty and challenge and work intensity can significantly negatively predict mental resilience.The overall mental resilience of preschool teachers and its toughness dimension can significantly negatively predict occupational stress.Preschool teachers’ overall mental resilience and its toughness and strength dimensions can significantly positively predict career happiness.Preschool teachers’ occupational stress and its dimensions of work difficulty and challenge,management system and career development can significantly negatively predict occupational happiness.Fifthly,the mediating effect analysis of this study shows that psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between occupational stress and occupational well-being of preschool teachers.According to the above survey results,strategies to relieve occupational stress for preschool teachers are proposed to improve their occupational happiness.First of all,manage the main stressors to relieve the professional pressure of preschool teachers.Secondly,strengthen effective psychological support to improve preschool teachers’ mental resilience.Finally,to improve the attention of happiness,to improve the professional happiness of preschool teachers.
