This study on preschool teachers' competency,occupational stress and well-being of related theory to comb and review the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,etc,through investigating of Harbin in Heilongjiang province high-quality kindergarten teachers,and using the relevant statistical tools is analyzed,it is concluded that preschool teachers' competency,professional pressure and the overall situation of happiness,and the variance analysis of part variables,and then discusses the competence of preschool teachers,the relationship between occupational stress and happiness.The conclusions are as follows:1.The correlation between preschool teachers' competence and occupational pressure.In terms of the dimensions of preschool teachers' competence and occupational pressure,the sense of achievement is significantly negatively correlated with the workload.2.The correlation between preschool teachers' competence and happiness,and the preschool teachers' sense of responsibility in the dimension of competence is significantly correlated with their on-the-job effectiveness of happiness;There are significant differences between organizational management and in-service effectiveness and vocational cognition.Professional knowledge is significantly related to job performance,professional cognition and interpersonal relationship.The sense of achievement is significantly related to job performance and interpersonal relationship.3.The correlation between preschool teachers' occupational stress and happiness.The dimensions of preschool teachers' occupational stress include workload,education and teaching,colleague relationship,social status and salary,which are significantly negatively correlated with their well-being and physical health.Education and teaching are significantly negatively correlated with work attitude and physical health.There was a significant negative correlation between the relationship among colleagues and their job performance,career cognition,work attitude,campus environment,interpersonal relationship,physical health and salary.4.The relationship between preschool teachers' competence,occupational stress and happiness: preschool teachers' occupational stress and happiness are significantly negatively correlated,preschool teachers' competence and occupational stress are negatively correlated,preschool teachers' competence and happiness are positively correlated.The relationship between preschool teachers' competence and occupational stress and the relationship between preschool teachers' competence and happiness are n ot significant.
