| In order to understand the current situation of occupational stress,occupational burnout,and occupational commitment of preschool teachers in western China and the relationship among them,especially the mediating role of occupational commitment on occupational stress and occupational burnout,this research investigated 1011 kindergarten teachers in G District of Guiyang city by questionnaire and semi-structured interview.Through data analysis by using a variety of statistical methods in SPSS24.0,the following results are obtained:1.The occupational stress score of preschool teachers in western China is at a medium level,and social pressure is the main source of stress.2.The occupational burnout score of preschool teachers in western China is at the lower middle level,and the scores of each dimension are in descending order: emotional exhaustion>lock of personal accomplishment>depersonalization.3.The occupational commitment score of preschool teachers in western China is at the upper-middle level,and the scores of each dimension are in descending order: normative commitment>affective commitment>continuance commitment.4.The occupational commitment of preschool teachers in western China generally does not play a mediating role between occupational stress and occupational burnout,while affective commitment and normative commitment play a positive mediating role between the two,but continuance commitment plays a reverse mediating role.Based on the above conclusions,the research puts forward corresponding feasible suggestions for the construction of teachers in western China from the aspects of the state’s construction of a social support system,the government’s formulation of teacher management policies,the formation of teacher management mechanisms in kindergartens,the exploration of pressure relief methods for teachers,and the establishment of career planning platforms in the universities. |
