With the in-depth development of education reform and the improvement of social attention to education, teachers are under more occupational pressure than before.Serious occupational pressure will lead to the intention of teachers to leave, and then promote the dimission behavior.Mental resilience is a very important psychological quality for contemporary teachers to face external pressure and is one of the research hotspots. The purpose is to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers’ psychological resilience, occupational stress and turnover intention, and explore the relationship among the three. The mediating effect of occupational stress on psychological resilience and turnover intention was analyzed. To test the intervention effect of positive psychological group training on mental resilience and analyze the influence of improving mental resilience on occupational stress and turnover intention. It is divided into two studies. In the first study,588 primary school teachers in Dingzhou were surveyed by questionnaire on work stress of Primary and secondary school teachers,Psychological Resilience Scale and Turnover Intention Scale.Study two randomly selected 100 primary school teachers were divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received positive psychological group training for 3 months, and the control group did not do any intervention, and conducted a questionnaire test before and after.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,T test, common method deviation test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and Process program was used for mediation analysis. The results of study 1 showed that: 1)The psychological resilience of primary school teachers was significantly negatively correlated with occupational stress(r =-0.549,p < 0.001);There was significant positive correlation between occupational stress and turnover intention(r = 0.538,p < 0.001).There was a significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and turnover intention(r =-0.516,p < 0.001).2)Occupational stress played a partial mediating role in psychological resilience and turnover intention, with the direct effect accounting for 61.58% and the indirect effect accounting for 38.42%.The results of study 2 show that: After intervention, the level of psychological resilience in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t =-4.706,p < 0.001),the level of occupational stress was significantly lower than that in the control group(t = 3.947,p < 0.001),and the level of turnover intention was significantly lower than that in the control group(t = 2.894,p < 0.01).To sum up,the psychological resilience, occupational stress and turnover intention of primary school teachers are correlated in pairs.Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with occupational stress. The lower the level of psychological resilience was,the lower the occupational stress was.The higher the occupational stress is,the higher the turnover intention is.Psychological resilience is negatively correlated with turnover intention. The higher the level of psychological resilience is,the lower the turnover intention is.Occupational stress plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between psychological resilience and turnover intention. The increase of psychological resilience will reduce occupational stress, and then reduce turnover intention.Positive psychological group training is an effective intervention way to improve the psychological resilience of primary school teachers.Figure two;Table thirteen;Reference ninety-four... |
