Social development and economic progress have made our country's society and people enter a new era.Education has become increasiingly important to our entire country and society.In recent years,China's education industry has entered an unprecedented stage of development and reform.The education cause has been highly valued by the country and the people as the foundation of our country's socialist construction.At the same time,teachers,as the main driving force for education,will shoulder changes in the needs of society and people,and the educational environment.A series of changes in the environment have placed teachers' psychological pressure under tremendous pressure.Therefore,how teachers respond to changes in the educational environment with a positive attitude and better adapt to and complete teaching tasks is one of the focuses of education reform.In order to investigate the relationship between mental health,psychological flexibility,and work stress in teacher education,this study selected 250 township primary and secondary school teachers in Tumen as samples to investigate.The three major professional test tables(primary and secondary school teacher occupational stress scale,psychological elasticity scale,and SCL-90 scale)were used to conduct specific questionnaire surveys for relevant personnel.The statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the relationship among the teachers' mental health,psychological flexibility,and occupational stress in Tumen Township primary and middle schools.The influence of different factors that caused the above phenomena was analyzed.The results are as follows:Primary and secondary school teachers in township and townships have significantly lower work pressure than urban teachers,and the occupational stress of primary school teachers is significantly lower than that of secondary school teachers.The highest age of teachers working in primary and secondary schools in towns and towns is between the ages of 30-39.There are also significant differences in age,gender,different teaching subjects,and national differences.Based on the above investigation and research,it is expected to provide some reference for the research between the psychological problems and work pressures of teachers in primary and secondary schools in towns and towns,and to provide corresponding support for the development of education in China.
