Due to the particularity of the occupation of kindergarten teachers,the occupation of preschool teachers has attracted extensive attention from researchers.However,the most important occupation pressure of preschool teachers is a research problem that cannot be ignored.However,preschool teachers with high psychological resilience can help preschool teachers more rationally analyze the pressure in the face of occupational pressure,and adopt positive coping methods to assist in adjusting the psychological state of preschool teachers,so as to relieve the pressure of preschool teachers in their career in a more positive and effective way.Therefore,preschool teachers need to be more resilient,flexible to mobilize their own positive coping style to reduce professional pressure.Therefore,this paper discusses the relationship between preschool teachers' occupational stress and psychological resilience coping style,so as to improve their psychological resilience and positive coping style,reduce their occupational stress and promote their psychological health.This study is given priority to with questionnaire interview method is complementary,to the kindergarten teachers occupational stress questionnaire,mental resilience scale","simple coping style questionnaire" as a research tool,the selection of xi "an,318 preschool teachers as the research object,USES the SPSS23.0 software to describe data statistics,the single factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis,explore preschool teachers occupational stress and the present situation of the resilience and coping styles and the relationship between and education are proposed according to the results for the advice.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the occupational stress of preschool teachers is at a slightly higher level of mild stress,and the difference between work responsibilities and remuneration is the largest in the dimension of occupational stress;Compared with the other three dimensions,this dimension was at a moderate stress level.There were significant differences in preschool teachers' professional pressure in teaching age,marital status and nature of kindergarten,but no significant differences in education background and class;(2)the psychological resilience of preschool teachers is at a medium level,and the strength dimension of psychological resilience is the best;There are significant differences in preschool teachers' mental resilience in educational background,teaching age,marital status,class and nature of kindergarten.(3)the preschool teachers' coping style is generally at a good level,and the preschool teachers choose the positive coping style more than the negative coping style;There were significant differences in preschool teachers' active coping styles in terms of teaching age and the nature of the kindergarten,but no significant differences in education background,marital status and class;There were significant differences in preschool teachers' negative coping styles in teaching age,marital status and nature of kindergarten,but no significant differences in education background and class;(4)occupational stress of preschool teachers is negatively correlated with psychological resilience and positive coping style,and positively correlated with negative coping style;The psychological resilience of preschool-teachers is-positively correlated with positive coping style and negatively correlated with negative coping style.(5)the strength dimension of psychological resilience has a negative predictive effect on the career pressure,work difficulty and challenge,management system and career development of preschool teachers,among which the strength dimension has a significant negative predictive effect on the work difficulty and challenge of preschool teachers.Coping style and each dimension have a significant positive predictive effect on occupational stress and each dimension.Mental resilience and coping styles have a bidirectional predictive effect,and the positive coping styles in the dimension of resilience and coping styles have a significant bidirectional predictive effect.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions from three aspects:(1)preschool teachers should strengthen their learning and improve the correct understanding of occupational pressure with their own knowledge;Preschool teachers should be clear about their career planning and career direction;More development of their own interests and hobbies,learn to talk and share.(2)give preschool teachers learning and development space;Guide parents to cooperate with teachers;Minimize clerical and formal work for teachers.(3)provide psychological guidance and services in various aspects to improve the psychological resilience of preschool teachers;Gradually improve the overall salary and social status of preschool teachers;To strengthen the professional recognition of preschool teachers;So that their own professional value can be reflected.
