Female employees play an important role in China’s economic construction and social development.Professional women in China often play multiple roles in life and work.In today’s society with the accelerating pace of life,the outbreak of role conflict is inevitable,and has a serious negative impact on the quality of life and family relations of working women.The client is a female employee of a state-owned enterprise.Through the establishment of a professional relationship with the case owner and the use of the role conflict scale,it is found that the case owner has serious role conflict problems in the three dimensions of overload,adaptation and expectation.Through in-depth communication with the case owner and his family,it is found that the main reason for the role conflict of the case owner is due to his morbid family structure,alienation,entanglement Joint confrontation and other phenomena.Therefore,through the introduction of structural family treatment model,including four steps: entering the family,evaluating the family structure,removing the sick family structure and consolidating the good family structure,we can help the case owner build a good family structure and solve the problems of relevant role conflicts.After the intervention for half a year,the intervention effect was evaluated,and it was found that the role conflict of the case owner had been improved to a certain extent.Using the theoretical perspective of this study,this paper makes an overall analysis of the family structure and family subsystem of professional women through structural family therapy,intervenes in the empirical study of professional women’s role conflict by using the structural family therapy model,uses the role conflict scale as the evaluation tool,and adopts the unstructured interview method and participatory observation method,This paper draws the following research conclusions: in addition to the important role of social work methods such as family structure model in solving the role conflict of female workers,we can also pay more attention to and take care of female professionals by actively promoting the publicity of enterprise social work,actively advocating the strength of society and the government,and continuously paying attention to professional female groups,It can also effectively maintain the role conflict of current professional women.
