Research On The Structural Family Therapy Model Involved Intergenerational Conflict Of Urban Intergenerational Families

More and more young people choose to place their children around their ancestors for support because of the increase in life pressure and the change of their concept.Many scholars believe that raising families as an increasingly common family model has its advantages,but it also spawns many family problems.Especially the issue of intergenerational conflict.And because of the particularity of raising families in different generations,intergenerational conflicts are more difficult to resolve,often leading to more complicated contradictions and affecting family harmony.This paper focuses on the intergenerational conflict phenomenon of raising families with the structural family therapy to intervening family raising problem.I use the "four-step intervention" method to treat the family.First,I collect the family issues of the client in the preparation stage and link the family and build trust with the family members and use interviews and participatory treatment to assess the problem,and then draw a family structure map for evaluation.Secondly,use parent-child activities to interact with the client to help the client's family reduce borders and break down the bad family structure.Finally,help the family of the case reshape the new family structure.Through the assessment,the intervention effect is obvious,I think the structured family treatment model is very effective.But this theory is native to the West,so Chinese researchers need to pay attention to "localization of social work" when practicing.At first,Differences in family background culture between East and West lead to different subsystem cores in the family.Secondly,Family structure is an abstract concept and subjective,so family structure problems tend to become subjective problems.At last,Chinese family tradition “ family ugliness cannot be promoted ” often affects social workers entering the family and establishing relationships.
