The Study Of Social Work Get Involved Into The Conflict Which In The Lost Family

Our country implemented since twentieth Century 70 in the China's one-child policy,resulting in a special group,the loss of single family,as a result of the China's one-child policy,the country compensation can not only give the one-child family corresponding make up the one-child family's spiritual needs.The study found that the one-child family lost because of loss of independence brought pressure,making the family internal members of tension,so they need to be more professional social workers psychological guidance and support,the relationship between family members,family conflicts even disappear that let the family functioning.How to mitigate family conflicts in the one-child family members and solve the conflicts of one-child family is an urgent problem to be solved.This article from the perspective of social work,try to use the method of case intervention to provide professional guidance to the one-child family.The researchers during the internship organization of 32 households of the one-child family to conduct field visits and questionnaire survey,the survey found that within the one-child family of the G community,there is no third generation leads to significant difference score data,and through the analysis of the data,draw the family conflict has third children of the one-child family groups more serious.Researchers through a comprehensive data preliminary information in Table 5,the loss of single family and in-depth interviews,to start a conversation about the basic situation of family members,family structure,family conflict,family system the internal pressure and other topics,in the interview process,the use of family pressure theory,analyzed the reason of family systems theory the loss of single family conflict,one is the changing family structure,family pressure two.During the interview,one of the one-child family lost family members volunteered social workers intervene Y,researchers identified in the Y family as the service object,according to the actual situation of the loss of single family design case to psychological social model and structural family therapy model as a guide service program,in the intervention process respectively for Y and their family members to communicate and treatment,were observed by the client and the phone interview and members of their families,and adjust the intervention skills.Assessment is based on the case study of two aspects of evaluation in Y and its family members of the self evaluation and researchers.Personal state of the evaluation of Y,Y and family members and family members of the individual interactions were evaluated,results showed that,Y correct understanding of their problems and with the researchers suggest a change,and the relationship with family members and peripheral relationships have been improved obviously,after Y's grandson and son in the case of intervention to establish a good interaction and communication,to achieve a good researcher involved in the early development of target intervention.Finally,the study of social work methods and the intervention of social work in predicament in the process are summarized and reflection,and from the one-child family,the government and the society in three aspects are put forward to solve the loss of single family conflict suggestions,first of all is to lose the family member of the steady state of mind,emotion regulation,followed by the hope through the power of the government to the development of social organizations,strengthen professional publicity efforts,finally is the hope of society pay more attention to the one-child family in this group,but also hope that the scope of practice of social work to broaden the use of the one-child family provides spiritual care,solve their problems,to create a good family relationship,to build a harmonious society.
