Structural Family Therapy Model Is Involved In The Research On The Social Integration Of Female Lao Drifters

With the transformation of China's social structure and the rapid development of urbanization,the flow of population is becoming more and more normal,more and more rural or small towns of young people choose to flow and long-term residence in large and medium-sized cities,in order to care for children and care for the third generation of the needs,more and more rural female elderly groups also flow to the city.In old age,they leave their hometown to come to the city where their children live and become part of the old drifter group.Female old drifters in foreign cities to face strange environment and new way of life,they need to re-socialize the process,in this process of social integration is their new living environment is necessary to deal with the problem,but most of them will be difficult to adjust,which will lead to a series of integration problems.When the female old drifters came to the city,their original social support network broke down and the family structure changed.The family is their most important and close support system in the new living field and plays a vital role in promoting the social integration of the female old drifters.Therefore,the full mobilization of the strength of the family,can enable the female old drifter to get more family support,with the help of the family gradually improve the social integration of the female old drifter.This study selects Aunt Ren,who has more prominent problems in social integration,as the research object,and uses the interview method and participatory observation method to analyze the problem on the basis of the data method.The question of the study is to explore whether the dimension of family can help female old drifters to improve their social integration,and to use the structural family therapy model as a theoretical support and intervention method.The innovation point of this paper is to study the old drifters in this group of women in the light of their gender characteristics.And pay attention to start from the individual and the whole family two aspects together,so that the personal system and the family system has a good interaction,emphasizing the female old drifter from the inside out change,in a pluralistic and effective way to promote the social integration of the case-taker to solve the problem.In the course of the study,the problem of social integration of the perpetrators was diagnosed and analyzed,and the corresponding service objectives and strategies were formulated.Then the intervention work is carried out by using the structure family treatment mode,and the intervention process is divided into four stages.The purpose of the study is to resolve the obstacles to the social integration of the perpetrator himself,improve his subjective initiative,change the family structure of the case owner,promote the positive interaction and communication of family members,establish a new mode of living,enhance the support function of the family,and then promote the owner to enhance social integration with the assistance of family members.Through the practice of this study,it can be found that from the family level to intervene in the social integration of the female old drifter can achieve remarkable results,the use of structural family treatment model can improve the status quo of female old drifter social integration,can improve the environmental adaptability and identity of the perpetrator,enhance intergenerational support,eliminate loneliness and depression,expand the scope of social interaction,help the case owner in a good state to cope with the old drift life,realize its life value.
