At present,"all-around development in morals,intelligence,physical,aesthetics and labor education" has become an important policy for the development of education in China.At the same time,the "integrated education" has become an inevitable trend in the development of education in China,and enhancing the integration and penetration between morals,intelligence,physical,aesthetics and labor education has become an important way to improve the quality of education.Labor education has the value of comprehensive education and is the foundation and destination of the whole education.Only by strengthening the integration and penetration of labor education with other four education can we effectively give play to the quality of its education and its role in promoting,and can we ensure its basic position.Correspondingly,in recent years,the state has successively promulgated a number of policy documents on labor education,pointing out that labor education should be organically infiltrated in the disciplines.However,due to the long-term marginalization of labor education,for a time teachers of various disciplines still lack corresponding experience in how to infiltrate and implement labor education,the concept and attitude of subject teachers to labor education need to be changed urgently,and the ability to implement labor education needs to be improved.The high school stage is the key node of the "jointing and pregnant" period of young people’s life,the high school ideological and political curriculum is the key course for implementing the fundamental task of "virtue pursuit and talent cultivation",is a strongly related discipline of labor education,and has unique value and significant advantages in shaping students’ correct labor concepts and cultivating students’ positive labor spirit.Integrating labor education into high school ideological and political courses will help to promote the effective implementation of high school labor education and the improvement of students’ labor literacy.In view of this,the high school ideological and political curriculum and their teaching teams should give full play to their values and advantages,consciously undertake the mission of the times of implementing labor education,and achieve the stage training goal of "jointing and pregnant ears".The research comprehensively uses the literature research method,the text analysis method and the case study method to explore the penetration of labor education in the ideological and political curriculum of high schools.The research process consists of five stages: First,based on existing research and relevant conceptual definitions,the necessity and feasibility of integration labor education in the ideological and political curriculum of high schools are demonstrated.Second,an in-depth analysis of the eight high school ideological and political curriculum standards promulgated by the state since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and their revised versions are carried out,and the development process and evolution characteristics of labor education in the high school ideological and political curriculum standards since the founding of the People’s Republic of China are clarified.Subsequently,on the basis of constructing a textbook analysis framework based on the connotation of labor literacy,the labor education content contained in the7 volumes of unified compilation of high school ideological and political textbooks was systematically sorted out,the integration points between labor education and high school ideological and political curriculum were clarified,and the characteristics of their presentation were analyzed.Then,based on the above analysis,countermeasures for infiltrating labor education in high school ideological and political curriculum were proposed.Finally,from the perspective of the penetration of labor education by disciplines,an analysis and improvement of a teaching design written by a high school ideological and political teacher is analyzed and improved.The study believes that labor education and high school ideological and political curriculum are highly compatible in terms of attributes,training goals,and practice paths,and strengthening labor education in high school ideological and political curriculum is not only the need of high school ideological and political education itself,but also the embodiment of ideological and political teachers consciously fulfilling their responsibility to promote the effective implementation of labor education and promote the all-round development of students.More importantly,the organic penetration and integration of labor education and high school ideological and political courses is the need to highlight the socialist nature of labor education with Chinese characteristics and cultivate qualified socialist builders.The research finds:(1)China has always attached importance to ideological and political education for students,and regards labor education as an important content and way of ideological and political education,in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The organic integration and penetration of high school ideological and political courses and labor education has become a long-term experience and continues to this day.(2)The ideological and political textbooks of high schools contain rich labor education content.The specific characteristics of the presentation are:all kinds of labor education content have specific focus points,focusing on the transmission of labor knowledge,attaching great importance to the education of labor concepts and labor spirit,labor integrity has been fully reflected,and some labor education elements such as labor diligence and thrift are insufficient.To this end,high school ideological and political teachers should consciously enhance their awareness and ability of labor education,follow the basic provisions of curriculum standards,fully excavate the labor education elements in teaching materials,adhere to the principle of infiltrating labor education,innovate their own education and teaching methods,and continuously improve the labor literacy of high school students,thereby promoting the all-round development of students. |
