Labor,as an activity carried out by human beings to adapt to nature,and by transforming nature to adapt to self-development and perfection,plays an indispensable role in the survival and development of human beings.Combining productive labor with education can not only improve social productive forces,create more material and spiritual wealth,but more importantly,create better and more comprehensive development of people.Therefore,in order to better fulfill the fundamental task of education in the course of high school ideological and political courses,it is necessary to organically integrate labor education into the teaching process.Since the founding of New China,successive central leading collectives of the Communist Party of China have attached great importance to labor and labor education.In the new era,educational reform and development have also put forward new requirements for school labor education.In recent years,the party and the state have successively promulgated a series of documents,proposing the establishment of labor education courses in primary and secondary schools,and putting forward specific requirements in the purpose,importance,content,organization and leadership of labor education,and making strategic arrangements for the development of labor education in schools in the new era,which has also become an important policy basis for carrying out labor education in high school ideological and political classes.The high school stage is a critical period for the scientific development of young people,and carrying out labor education in high school ideological and political classes is conducive to disseminating correct ideological concepts and shaping correct values and outlook on life to high school students in the stage of jointing and pregnancy.Therefore,this thesis studies the issue of labor education in high school ideological and political classes.This research includes the following: First,based on the research results at home and abroad,this thesis sorts out the relevant contents of labor education and points out the theoretical and practical value of this research.Secondly,this thesis discusses the importance of labor education in high school ideological and political classes and the main goals to be achieved.Third,through questionnaire surveys and interview surveys,it is found that certain achievements have been made in carrying out labor education in high school ideological and political courses,but there are also problems such as ambiguous labor education goals,relatively superficial teaching content,disconnection between knowledge and action in teaching methods,and poor evaluation and feedback effects.Based on the above research,this thesis believes that the development of labor education in high school ideological and political courses can be strengthened by improving the labor education guarantee mechanism and enhancing teachers’ awareness of labor education,enriching the teaching content of labor education in high school ideological and political courses,innovating the teaching methods of labor education in high school ideological and political courses,and improving the labor education evaluation mechanism by evaluating and promoting labor.
