| At the 2018 National Education Congress,Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the importance of implementing labor education,saying that the spirit of labor should be promoted among students,creating a good working atmosphere,so that students understand the highest labor,the greatest truth of workers.The document "China’s Education Modernization 2035" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era" fully reflect the importance that the state attaches to labor education in primary and secondary schools.Labor education is not a single form of education and needs to be implemented through teaching in various disciplines.The main task of labor education is to cultivate students’correct labor values,the main task of high school ideological and political discipline is to make students establish socialist core values,and labor view is an integral part of values.The implementation of labor education in the teaching of high school ideological and political disciplines can not only enrich students’ labor knowledge,improve students’ labor skills and correct students’ labor attitude,but also achieve the goal of ideological and political education for students,promote the development of high school students’ moral,intellectual and physical quality,and truly realize the goal of moral education.The investigation found that the main problems exist in the teaching of high school ideological and political subjects:First,the labor literacy of high school students is generally not high;Second,the teacher’s consciousness of labor education is weak and the method is single;Third,the content of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in high school is scattered and lacks systematic design.Fourth,the goal of cultivating labor education in schools is not clear,and the assessment mechanism is not perfect;Fifth,the implementation of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in high schools lacks a favorable educational and teaching environment.The main reason is that with the deepening of the Party’s and the state’s understanding of labor education,the implementation of labor education in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in high schools faces new challenges.Second,the existing ideological and political teaching materials on the labor education planning,insufficient embodiment,so that the implementation of high school ideological and political subject teaching labor education lack of a suitable teaching carrier;Third,in the teaching practice of ideological and political subjects in high school,teachers’ pre-service and post-service training is missing the content of labor education,which makes teachers lack professional support for labor education;Fourth,the lack of labor education evaluation system makes the implementation of high school ideological and political disciplines lack the proper goal.All these factors make it difficult to carry out labor education in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in high school.Around these problems,this paper mainly from the system construction,teacher training,content planning,evaluation mechanism,condition creation and other aspects of the proposal,in order to establish a perfect ideological and political discipline teaching in the implementation of labor education institutional mechanism,for the healthy growth of high school students to lay a solid foundation. |
