In recent years,labor education has been weakened in schools,families,and society,and some students even despise labor,refusing to work and underestimating the fruits of labor.On March 20,2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary,Secondary School and Colleges in the New Era,emphasizing that labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and directly determines the working spirits,the labor values and the level of labor skills of the socialist builders and successors.Labor has an irreplaceable role in the long history of human history.Labor education is the key to the construction of an education system that includes Five-educations simultaneously.It is also an important way to cultivate newcomers of the era with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic education.In addition to implementing the labor education curriculum,ideological and political disciplines are also a key link when carrying out labor education.Exploring the integration of high school ideological and political education and labor education to help educators to establish correct labor values and form good labor habits is a significant measure to cope with the increasingly fierce international competition and realize the "two centenary goals".The thesis consists of four parts.The introduction part introduces the basis for selecting the topic and the research method,and elaborates the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis for the research,respectively referring to Marx 's theory of all-round human development,Suhomlinski's labor education theory and Labor values of the new era.The second part analyzes the necessity and importance of education integration from the perspectives of value,epistemology and practice of education integration.The third part takes a middle school in Heyuan as the object of investigation,and analyzes the problems and the causes existing in labor education and education integration.The fourth part determines the principles of education integration,and proposes strategies for education integration from four aspects:reconstructing cognition of education integration,innovating the form of education integration,establishing an evaluation system,and improving the ability of school coordination.Finally,based on the high school ideological and political teaching materials organized by the Ministry of Education in 2019,the thesis explores the integration of labor education and high school ideological and political education.
