| Labor is the basic way of existence and the basic practice of human,it also means that labor education has become an indispensable part of cultivating new people in the era.In recent years,with the issuance of a series of important documents on labor education and the clear instructions of the Party and the state on the infiltration of high school ideological and political courses into labor education,the labor education reflecting the orientation of national labor values in the unified compilation of high school ideological and political compulsory textbooks has become an important part of this textbook.Through the study of this content,students can It is beneficial to obtain correct labor knowledge and realize the goal of labor education.Therefore,the content of labor education in the unified compilation of high school ideological and political compulsory textbooks is a precious teaching resource,which has very important educational significance and value.By using literature research method,content analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the research object is set as the labor education content in the compulsory ideological and political textbooks of high school.By analyzing and refining the content of labor education in the textbooks,this research helps teachers to find a correct way to carry out labor education in the ideological and political classroom teaching of high school.This study believes that if teachers can optimize their own interpretation of the content of labor education in textbooks and constantly innovate and improve the teaching methods in the process of education and teaching,so that the deficiencies and defects can be made up,only in order to give full play to the unique educational value of labor education,so as to achieve its teaching objectives.Therefore,this study will systematically sort out the content of labor education in textbooks,analyze the selection and compilation,understand the actual cognition of teachers and high school students,and fully explore its spiritual connotation and educational value.On this basis,it will put forward operational strategies on how to better interpret teachers,how to better present textbooks and how to better teach.First of all,this paper analyzes the distribution,presentation characteristics and educational objectives of labor education content in textbooks,and sorts out its present situation in textbooks.The analysis shows that the content of labor education is involved in the compulsory ideological and political textbooks of senior high schools.In the way of presentation,it has the characteristics of multiple forms of integration of text and text,deepening of supplementary interpretation by case method,expanding ideas of inquiry and inquiry,and combination of knowledge distribution.In terms of teaching objectives,it aims to help students establish the correct Marxist view of labor.Secondly,from the perspective of macro,medium and micro curriculum,investigate the cognition of teachers and students about the content of labor education in the textbook.As can be seen from the survey results,front-line teachers’ cognition of labor education content interpretation of textbooks has problems such as insufficient attention,single basis for interpretation,etc.,and cognition of education and teaching has problems such as unitary teaching methods and superficial supplementary and expanded contents due to tight class hours and heavy teaching tasks.There are some problems in the selection of teaching materials,such as strong theory and insufficient life.Finally,combined with the above analysis,the optimization of teacher education and teaching suggestions.The specific methods are as follows: tracing the source of labor education teaching content with important documents;Based on curriculum standards,the teaching content of labor education should be established;Teaching material itself into the soul of labor education teaching content;From the perspective of teachers,read the theory of labor education teaching content;The method of finding the teaching content of labor education from the perspective of students.In order to better achieve the goal of labor education and maximize its educational value. |
