In July 2020,the Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)pointed out that "incorporating labor education into the whole process of personnel training,enriching and expanding ways to implement labor education,Organic infiltration of labor education in disciplines ","primary and secondary school ethics and rule of law(ideological and political),Chinese,history,art and other disciplines should be focused on the Marxist concept of labor,strengthen the education of hard work,honest work,legal work and other aspects of the students.Mathematics,science,geography,technology,physical education and health and other disciplines should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ scientific attitude toward labor,normative consciousness,efficiency concept and innovative spirit.It can be seen that it is far from enough for students to carry out labor education only by setting up labor classes.At present,every subject in primary and secondary schools undertakes the important mission of labor education for students.As the basic course of primary school,Chinese class in primary school should give full play to its educational function,carry on labor education to students,and cultivate their labor accomplishment.This study takes the current situation of the cultivation of students’ labor literacy in primary school Chinese teaching as the object,selects part of teachers and students in Baotou S Primary School,through questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method,to understand the current situation of the cultivation of students’ labor literacy in primary school Chinese teaching,including the acquisition effect of students’ labor literacy and the teaching effect of primary school Chinese teachers’ cultivation of students’ labor literacy.It is found that most primary school Chinese teachers can cultivate students’ labor literacy in teaching,but there are also the following problems: the effect of students’ labor literacy acquired in Chinese class is not good;The teaching objectives established by teachers reflect the labor literacy is not clear;Teachers’ development,utilization and integration of labor resources are insufficient;The ways and methods for teachers to cultivate students’ labor accomplishment in Chinese teaching are relatively simple;The Chinese homework assigned by teachers involves less content of labor literacy and so on.In view of the problems found,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teachers and students,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the cultivation of students’ labor literacy in primary school Chinese teaching,including efforts to improve teachers’ own labor literacy,improve teachers’ resource integration ability,strengthen teachers’ teaching ability,hoping to provide some references for primary school Chinese teachers.
