| In 2020,the "Guiding Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools(Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education pointed out that labor education should be organically penetrated into subject teaching.Because of the characteristic of "writings are for conveying truth",Chinese course possesses the abundant educational resources of labor education and undertakes the important task of integrating labor education.This study analyzes the current situation of integrating labor education into primary school Chinese teaching,hoping to improve the permeation awareness of front-line primary school Chinese teachers.This study firstly sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature,and discusses the labor education content in the Chinese textbooks for primary schools compiled by the Ministry of Education.Using the questionnaire survey method,taking Chinese teachers from three primary schools in T city as the research subjects,the investigation is carried out from the following aspects: teachers’ perception of labor education,awareness and attitude of infiltrating labor education into elementary school Chinese teaching,processing of labor education resources,utilizing of teaching methods and so on.At the same time,in order to know about primary school Chinese teachers’ views and attitudes towards the penetration of labor education in primary school Chinese teaching,this study selects 9 primary school Chinese teachers to do the interviews for the supplement of research questions.On the basis of interviews,two typical cases are selected for brief analysis.As a result,this study finds that the at present,there are following problems in the penetration of labor education in primary school Chinese teaching.Firstly,some teachers haven’t truly understood what is labor education.Secondly,most teachers haven’t really taken their knowledge into practice.Thirdly,teachers haven’t sufficiently developed and utilized labor education resources.The main reasons for the above problems are that teachers do not pay enough attention to labor education,teachers’ limited ability and the lack of guarantee for the infiltration of labor education in primary school Chinese teaching.Based on the above investigation and analysis,this study puts forward relevant suggestions,including teachers should update their concepts and improve their understanding,teachers should deeply study teaching materials and seek multiple penetration strategies,and relevant departments should take more measures to ensure the penetration of labor education.It is hoped that this study can provide some references for the penetration of labor education in primary school Chinese teaching. |
