Research purpose: This study compares the specific changes of lower limb explosive force before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,analyzes the specific effects of squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation and single squat training intervention on the lower limb explosive force of basketball special college students,and explores the best training method to promote the development of lower limb explosive force of basketball special college students,so as to provide reference for improving the lower limb explosive force of basketball special college students,Perfect the physical training mode of basketball special college students,and provide theoretical guidance to ensure that basketball special college students show good sports performance and obtain excellent competition results.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,experiment,test and mathematical statistics,20 basketball students majoring in sports training of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects,including 10 students in the experimental group and 10 students in the control group.The duration of the experiment period was 8 weeks.The experimental group was treated with squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation,while the control group was treated with single squat training.The pre-test and post-test were set in the first week and the eighth week respectively,and the formal training lasted for 6 weeks.During the formal training,the control group received 80%1RM load squat strength training in the first 3 weeks and 85% 1RM load squat strength training in the last 3 weeks,with 6 groups of X4 each time and 2 minutes rest between groups;The experimental group was given 80% 1RM load squat strength training in the first 3 weeks and 85% 1RM load squat strength training in the last 3 weeks,with 6 groups of X4 each time,combined with muscle electrical stimulator.By comparing and analyzing the students’ maximum strength of squat,touch height of vertical jump in place,touch height of vertical jump in approach,standing long jump,30-meter run,T-sensitivity and CMJ before and after the experiment,this paper discusses the specific impact of resistance training combined with muscle electrical stimulation on the explosive strength of lower limbs of basketball students.Before and after training,the related indexes of the experimental group and the control group,such as the maximum strength of squat,the touch height of the vertical jump in place,the touch height of the vertical jump in the run-up,the standing long jump,the 30-meter run,the T-sensitivity and the CMJ index,were used in the paired sample T test,and the inter-group indexes were used in the independent sample T test.The results were as follows:(1)After the experiment,the maximum strength of squat,the height of vertical jump in the ground,the height of vertical jump in the run-up,the standing long jump,the T-sensitivity and the relative maximum strength and relative maximum power in the CMJ index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P<0.01);(2)In the control group,the maximum strength of squatting was significantly different from that before the experiment;(3)There was a very significant difference in the maximum strength of squatting between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.Research conclusions:(1)The innovation of this paper lies in the new starting point of the research and the new training method of the experiment.The research is based on the combination of squat training and muscle electrical stimulation to further enrich the research results in this field;At the same time,the method of deep squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation was selected to carry out the experiment,which innovated the conventional basketball lower limb strength training mode,and provided a more scientific and efficient training method for the basketball special lower limb explosive strength training.It was found that the intervention mode of deep squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation in the experimental group and the intervention mode of single deep squat training in the control group can effectively change the maximum strength of deep squat of basketball special college students,and there is a very significant difference between the two groups.The intervention mode of deep squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation has a more significant effect on improving the maximum strength of deep squat.(2)The intervention mode of squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation can more effectively improve the performance of basketball special college students in the vertical jump in situ and the vertical jump in the run-up.Although the single squat training has improved the performance of the vertical jump in situ and the run-up to a certain extent,the improvement effect is not as good as that of squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation.(3)After the experiment,different intervention forms have improved the standing long jump,30-meter run and T-sensitivity to varying degrees.Through data analysis,it is found that squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation can significantly improve the standing long jump,30-meter run and T-sensitivity test of basketball majors.(4)Through the experiment,it was found that the intervention mode of squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation and the intervention mode of single squat training improved the relative maximum power,the speed of flight and the relative maximum power.Through the independent sample T test,it was found that there was no significant difference between the groups,but in combination with the growth range before and after the experiment,squat training combined with muscle electrical stimulation improved the relative maximum power The effect of air speed and relative maximum force is better. |
